Lets address the elephant in the room first. These are a bit on the pricy side even though they have been reduced in price. And they seem to be your basic B-Complex capsules only at a little high concentrations than your discount brands. I do like that they are lab tested for quality. However that seems like in house lab testing and not outsourced independent 3rd party labs. The important thing other than that is most people do not get their needed B-Complex supplements from their normal food sources so this is an important product to take for that reason if no other.

This product delivers a full range of B vitamins. It also has choline and inositol, which support brain functions. I certainly notice the positive effects of the B vitamins because of the energy boost I get. The quality control of this product is excellent. The description indicates that it is manufactured in an NSF-audited cGMP facility, and is lab tested for purity and potency. Also, no fillers and no stearates. That's great. It lets me know this is a quality, reliable product that is free of any sketchy substances.

Reviewing: BioEmblem Vitamin B-Complex - All 8 Active Forms with Methyl Folate, Methyl B12, B6, Biotin Plus Choline Inositol, Supports Energy, Metabolism, Brain, Heart Health - B Vitamin Supplement 90 Capsules:This is a daily Vitamin B-complex supplement, containing all 8 B-vitamins. I’m only deficient in one of the B-vitamins, but this supplement really works well for me. Excess vitamin C is excreted by the body, but I’m alternating this one with a lower-dose supplement anyway, mainly because this one is more expensive than my “regular” one. I appreciate that this supplement is made in the USA, and it’s vegan and gluten-free. Some other B-complex vitamin supplements contain non-essential ingredients that I don’t like, but this contains only plant cellulose (for the capsule) and organic rice hull extract, and both those ingredients are natural.The capsules have a slight “vitamin” smell, but no unpleasant flavor or aftertaste, and they’re easy to swallow. I’m very happy with this supplement, and will continue to use it.

This really boosted my energy especially in the afternoon. I usually get sleepy in the afternoon at work. After trying this I don't feel groggy anymore. At home I even take a nap, not when I am taking this supplement. My urine kinda smell different but I know it is normal when taking B vitamins. I like the effect on my body. Really helpful for a 9-5 working gal

The Vitamin B-Complex are easy to swallow. The capsule is packed full of B vitamins that are above the daily allowance of 100%. I compared these B-12 complex vitamins to my multivitamins and I stopped taking my multivitamins because I did not want to overdose my metabolism and body tissues with too much of Vitamin B Complex from two different sources. These capsules are packed above my preferred daily usage so I was caution in the daily allowance i took each day. I did not have any side affect so they are safe for me to take. The price is a little higher for my budget however, they are much more potent also. Love that they are made in the USA. DISCLAIMER: I received this product free via Bolo's Vine Program. -Nice packaging-No fillers or stearates-Easy to swallow-No adverse tastes, smells, or side effects-Able to easily find company website.-Made in the USA-FDA registered cGMP facility-NSF audited facility-“All parts of the product are tested for purity and potency at least 3X during the manufacturing process.”-At the time of this writing, the manufacturer has not mentioned on this site if there was 3rd party testing done. Recommend adding this information to this site.-I'm not a healthcare professional or expert on supplements.
