    Not only did this not help me sleep but it caused me to have heart palpitations, gave me the jitters and made me have indigestion. Ugh- awful I wish I could give it a less than 1 star review! Now I'm out the full price of this product and I've only used one packet

    I have a two year old daughter, and I feel like I haven’t had a good nights sleep in two years. A friend recommended this to me, and I honestly couldn’t believe it. The effects were immediate! The first time I took it I feel asleep faster, fell back asleep quickly when woken up, and got a full 8 hours. I kept taking it for the rest of week to make sure it wasn’t a fluke. Sure enough, I’m waking up feeling rested for the first time in years! I already sent a box to my sister and gave them out as party favors for a group of working moms I know. I’m a total convert.

    I needed something to sleep that didn't have melatonin. Luckily I found this and it has helped me sleep better at night. I don't wake up frequently anymore and I don't have a hard time waking up in the morning. I take it 30 mins before bed and it kicks in pretty fast. The only reason I rate it a 4 is because the taste is not the best.

    I purchased this product to help me go to sleep and stay asleep. I must say I was pleasantly surprised at the taste. It is not to sweet and has a great tasting berry flavor. I took it about 45 minutes before bed. It relaxed me enough to fall asleep quickly. I woke up once during the night which is rare. Typically I am fairly restless. I recommend this product to anyone wanting to get a good night's sleep.
