Over the years I have purchased a few presentation clickers, all of which lasted less than a year. This device connects on the first time and I love all the additional features. The telescopic part works great when I am needing to be out of view, and it has the ability to write on touchscreens!

I ordered this presentation clicker to use for a PPT (PowerPoint) presentation. I provided a photo of everything that came in the box and a second photo showing the overall length of the extended pointer with handle which is 24 inches from tip to tail.I found it easy to connect to my Windows 11 laptop by simply inserting the USB receiver into my computer USB port. The USB receiver is stored in the bottom of the pointer stick, held in place by a magnet. The pointer stick just started working without the need to download any drivers or anything else.My pointer was 80% charged when I opened it. I appreciate that it uses a standard type C port for charging, and I like the percentage readout showing the remaining power. I had no problem with a 30-minute presentation using the laser fairly often, with 75% power remaining at the end.I am using it for a PPT presentation and found it worked intuitively for simple page flipping. The laser button is right at the top, easy to use. The laser brightness is adjustable to 3 levels. I found the brightest level to be easiest to see. Lasers show up best on video projector screens, but I found it was not as visible when using an LED television. I think that's true of all laser pointers.I tried to keep my use very basic to avoid having to remember how to change settings in the middle of a presentation, so I only use it to flip pages and point with the laser. There are other functions that can be accessed by holding certain buttons while pressing another button, but those are the sort of things I don't want to try to have to recall, so I avoid anything that I can't do easily. If you use this tool often, I'm sure it would become easier to use other functions.The volume buttons on the side are simple V+ and V- buttons which are very easy to use, but I don't normally use sound, so I just turn it all the way down and leave it.Overall, this seems to be a pretty good presentation pointer stick. The basics are easy enough, but plan to do a few test runs to get used to using this device with your application, especially if you are doing more than just flipping pages.

I have accumulated several laser pointers and presentation remotes over the years. There are many nice features worth mentioning in this review. First, it is a laser pointer and slide remote controller combo. Second, it is rechargeable. Third, it can support onscreen sketching during the presentation which is a plus. But the most useful feature is the telescopic pointer. As you may know from experience, the laser dot from most laser pointers may not work with LCD and LED. The laser light just disappeared. If that happens, one can just extend the pointer and use it to point manually. This is highly recommended.
