We desperately wanted a new headboard for our king size bed and when I came across this one, I had to give it a try. Like most items in this category it was a pain to put together, we messed up twice, directions are mainly pictures, but eventually we got it together. My husband and I put it together but he could’ve probably done it by himself. Tools we mainly used were the included Allen wrench and a power drill. Quality is nice even for being made of that particle board stuff. We both love the outlets on the top and the included LED light strip that we could put anywhere. The lights come with a remote that has LED basic functions, solid colors, colored patterns, brighter and dimmer buttons. We’re able to actually sit up in bed now and have good support from our headboard. The narrow shelf that sits behind the top of the headboard is wide enough to hold our phones while charging (iPhones 13 and 14 Pro Max), 3 remotes (TV, soundbar, and LED light). The shelf goes the length of the headboard so there’s tons of room for frequently used items. We absolutely love it! It’s a bit pricey but I feel it’s definitely worth it.

The media could not be loaded. Disclaimer: Pictured frame has an 18” mattress, so the headboard is deeper than in the photo/video. This product was intermediately difficult to put together. I’m not a carpenter, but it was easy enough to figure out. I received it packaged in a box inside another box to ensure that nothing would’ve gotten damaged or fallen out of the box. I like how the hardware included was and its own bag in the middle of the box of parts With a big red leash attached to it so you could find your bits and pieces before beginning or unpacking the entire package. Everything was well labeled. I would say for the most part it was easy for one person to put together until you attached the parts together and it got wide. That being said, I put it together by myself. You will need a good amount of space to assemble this. It feels very sturdy, attaching it to a pre-purchased bed frame was not difficult with a little finagling, all parts were included to attach it to a bed frame that had headboard holes, OR anchor it to the wall with plastic brackets, screws, zip ties, etc. My son appreciates having charging cords and outlets on both sides and he really likes the color-changing LED lights operated solely with a remote- so don’t lose the remote. The one thing I didn’t like were the screw holes to secure the plugs- they were hard to screw the screws in, and I almost was like “screw this!” but I got it done with a little whining. It feels sturdy and functions to stop pillows from skeet-skirting down underneath the bed, while improving air flow in the room. Its profile is suitable if you want a headboard with minimal storage space on top but you don’t want it to take up valuable bedroom real estate. Good for small spaces!

We bought the Mahancris King Size Headboard and it looks clean! Has a nice fit and finish. Love the back lighting from the LEDs and the usb ports for charging our cell phones.

It was not what I expected the picture shows the entire bed and there is no option that I could fine to purchase the foot board or the frame. I was a little upset but I'll live with it .

This is a nice headboard! I put it together myself. The assembly was relatively simple. This is a good value. The assembly is included for wall attachment. I did that. It also includes the materials to attach to the bed frame. The headboard is sturdy. I have a low frame, no room for storage underneath. The headboard itself has room for items to sit. I attached all the light clips. The headboard looks fantastic!
