This camping cot arrived quickly and well packaged. First things first, I loved the fact it does not require any form of assembly, and it doesn’t require any disassembly when it is not in use. That is a huge selling point especially when it comes to things that you want/need to be portable or convenient to use. It comes inside its nylon travel bag which is relatively easy to use. I will say you do need to ensure that the cord to the bag is not caught on one of the feet when attempting to get it out of the bag, I promise it will go smoother that way. Another side note, you will need to verify that the wire cords on the underside of the cot are again not caught up on the feet otherwise, you guessed it, it wont open and you will continue to stare at it puzzled for several minutes wondering why it wont fully open. Once you’re done ensuring the cords are cooperating, you just pull the cot open and then push down on the sides at the center. I never heard any kind of audible noise to let me know it was locked in place, but all feet were on the ground and it held its shape when picking it up. The cot does appear to be heavy duty. I’m just over 300lbs and it handled my weight just fine with no signs of distress. The feet are non slip and stayed in place when sitting and getting up. When laying on the cot, I didn’t feel any of the metal bars on the underside through the material and it was surprisingly comfortable. The built in mini pillow is fine if you were in a pinch and didn’t have a pillow to use, but I will still opt to use my own pillow. The material isn’t noisy so I feel like I could move around on this without waking others up if we were camping and in the same tent. The little storage pouch is a neat idea but I do wish it were removable or better yet, that it was a mini table that flipped out instead. The cot is comfortable but it isn’t heavily padded so for those who need a little more padding, I would HIGHLY suggest a twin sized fold up foam mattress or mattress topper to use on this. I have a twin sized foam fold up mattress that I put on the cot (pictured) and it fits very well but more importantly it adds just the right amount of comfort that I know I would sleep like a baby all night long. My fiancée occasionally ends up in our kiddos room and being that her bed is too small, she has used that foam mattress to sleep on the floor next to the bed. Well with this cot she can now fit perfectly next to the bed at a similar height and not have to worry about waking up miserable the next morning. The cot is just as easy to break down and stores nicely into the storage bag. I like that it has a buckle to help keep the top part together so it fits in the bag, although my buckle straps were sewn on backwards and thus kind of awkward to use. The material seems to wipe down easily if it needs cleaned. The price point is very affordable and it is much nicer than most others in this price range. Overall, this is a really nice and incredibly convenient camping cot that can be set up and broke down quickly, its portable, and can be used indoors and outdoors for any of your needs. Would definitely recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised to find this cot is light weight but still sturdy! It is by far the best cot I’ve used over the years. Super easy to set up and fold back up. The bag could be a bit better, but the rest of this cot makes up for it.The cot is soft yet supportive and has a built in pillow. Plenty of contact points with the ground too. It was large enough I could lay comfortably on my back, side, or stomach. It might be a bit large for any camping other than car camping, but it’s at least light enough to carry.Highly recommended!Update: after a bit more use, couple more comments.1) it does make some noise when you turn over. I’ve used worse, but have quieter cots as well2) this bag sucks. It forces you to carry the cot horizontally, so if you sling the handle over your shoulder, prepare to smack anyone and everyone near you. Why you can’t rifle sling it, I have no idea. Took a star off for the bag design that’s how bad it is.

We got this because the cots at my father-in-law's camp are like sleeping on wood, and likely from the 1950's.This looked like a great alternative. It comes in a bag that is thin, but seems durable enough for the job it is doing. No reason for overkill. The cot itself is a breeze to set up. You simply pull it open the way you would with a camping chair, then you push down on the two middle sides and it will snap into place.It is very comfortable and sturdy, able to hold up to 500 lbs easily. The material is soft and cushy enough that I wouldn't need an additional matress of any kind, and it gives enough that it isn't totally flat. A nice surprise was the built in head pillow that is at the perfect angle to lie down without having to bring extra stuff while camping.This is great.

We all want a comfy cot when camping. But if you're hot, sweaty and tired and just spent 20 minutes setting up that comfortable cot, you may not be enthusiastic about using it again.This SPORTNEER Cushioned Cot will let you unwind with a cold drink for 19 minutes before spending a minute to set it up. AND it is very comfortable. It's not just a tightly fitted piece of canvas stretched over a frame. It's a lightly padded cloth cover with just a little give providing nice support without being stiff. A small pillow is sewn in at the head. The pillow provides comfort on it's own, but it's thin enough to not interfere with adding your own favorite pillow.The setup procedure is just grab the foot and the head of the cot, extend them, then press down on the center of the cot, then follow-up with pressing the supports at both the foot and the head. That's it.At about 16 lbs., the cot is easy to move or reposition once set up.The grid-like supports provide good stability, you can sit on it like a couch without it being tippy.The cushioning might be just a 1/2"thick or so, but it feels good, and any added insulation from the cold is appreciated. You'll see other cots available with thicker quilted tops, they can be bulkier and harder to pack back down compactly.With the added cushioning of a sleeping bag, you may not want to bother with an air mattress or additional padding which can present the problem of sliding off the cot. This cot's cushioning is firmly attached to the frame, it's not going anywhere.A minor consideration of using this type of easy-up grid support cot is the valuable floor-space underneath the cot is not usable for easy access storage.But for a lightweight, comfortable cot this easy to set up, it's worth the tradeoff.
Impressive, so far!
Since I didn’t win the lottery yet, and can’t buy my dream RV, I opted for this cot after much comparison shopping.It arrived fast. I set it up immediately. Very easy setup and take down. The carrying bag feels a bit cheap and may not last long, but it’s a good size for getting the cot back into.The cot itself feels very well constructed. It’s nice and wide (I’m pretty girthy). Maybe a bit too high for me for using as a bench, I’m 5’10”. I can’t even complain about that though. The bed is firm and comfortable as is, but I’ll be adding a self inflating mattress for a bit more comfort and insulation, though it may be fine without it. It’s wider than I expected too, which was my hope.My tent camping days have not yet come to an end, thanks to this beauty. We’ll see how long it lasts in use, but right now, I don’t think it’ll let me down anytime soon!It’s pretty bulky packed up, and not exactly light,(it’s larger, and probably heavier than my 4 man tent in it’s bag), but sturdiness is the trade.All that considered, this might be right for you too. I definitely recommend this cot.The one caveat I can see presently, is that due to the nature of this type of bed, the very centre, where the supports and hinges are, is VERY firm. I could see it causing some low back discomfort for some people, however if I slide down toward the foot of the cot a bit and sleep on my side, that line is at my waist, and it feels fine, plus, the thin air mattress will likely take care of it in any position. Fingers crossed!!Happy camper here! I’ll update after a real test next summer, if there’s anything else to share.

Als Gästebett oder Camping Feldbett geeignet
Ich habe die Liege, die ähnlich einem Feldbett ist, getestet und möchte meine Erfahrungen teilen.Der Aufbau der Liege ist wirklich unkompliziert. Da Auflage und Gestell miteinander verbunden sind, entfällt das lästige Zusammensetzen einzelner Teile. Man klappt sie einfach auseinander, drückt in der Mitte nach unten, und die Liege steht stabil. Allerdings habe ich beim ersten Aufbau festgestellt, dass sich die Beine leicht in den beiden Drahtseilen auf der Unterseite verfangen können. Diese sind wohl dafür gedacht, zu verhindern, dass das Bett bei schweren Personen auseinander „grätscht“. Daher empfehle ich, die Seile vor dem Aufbau kurz zu überprüfen, damit alles reibungslos klappt.Die Auflage selbst ist dick und gut gepolstert, was einen hohen Komfort bietet, besonders in kalten Nächten. Sie ist auch ausreichend breit, sodass man genug Platz hat, um bequem zu liegen.Es gibt allerdings auch einige Nachteile, die ich erwähnen möchte. Für kleinere Personen könnte die Liege zu hoch sein, sodass das Aufstehen oder Hinlegen erschwert wird. Zudem finde ich sie nicht wirklich für Seitenschläfer geeignet, da die Auflage nicht genug Unterstützung für diese Schlafposition bietet. Außerdem ist die Liege extrem sperrig und schwer, was den Transport deutlich erschwert.Alles in allem ist die Liege stabil und komfortabel, besonders für diejenigen, die eine einfache und robuste Schlafmöglichkeit suchen – aber man sollte die Nachteile bei Transport und für Seitenschläfer im Hinterkopf behalten.
