I ordered this OOSSXX PoE Dome Outdoor Security Camera System because my wireless cameras were being constantly hacked. And this system, because is wired, POE, is practically Anti-hacking, even if one connects them to the Internet. More about it later.I'm positively impressed by the quality of this equipment, and the attention to the details the manufacturer has taken. Everything came carefully packaged, and I like that all the accessories needed for installation and operation of the system are included. I also like the excellent viewing range of each camera.These type of dome cameras are a little complicated to install. The secret to easily close the dome camera's enclosure, once the first part is on the wall, is to locate two small triangles in each of the parts of the body of the camera, the two triangles must match before being able to join the wall enclosure with the rest of the dome camera.After the camera, and the wall enclosure are joined, the triangle are side by side. I will post a picture of this later. I used a white marker to mark where the triangles were, so I could see them when I were at the top of a ladder doing the installation.Like I said above these cameras connect to the NVR through an Ethernet cable, which is included, one for each camera. So, being POE the data is not available through the air. If one wants it, it's possible to connect the NVR to the Internet using a router.Also, these dome cameras can be slightly rotated in different directions after installation.

I'm mostly familiar with Reolink and Nightowl systems. At the end of the day though the hardware seems to all be the same. It all comes down to the software on the NVR. So far, this OOSSXX interface works well. Easy to set up and navigate the OS. Comes with everything you need, cameras, cables, nvr, and mouse. Hardware and templates for the cameras as well. The 130 degree viewing angle is great and image looks good although I've yet to test the night vision capabilities.

I got it installed. The software is not that bad to get used to. I do like that is is wired. The camera look pretty good on the screen. In the day time and in the dark. I do still need to find out more of the cool stuff you can do with it. The hardest part for me was taking the time to run all the wires. I like it. I do want to look into this and see what con be upgraded or can't be upgraded. I like it so far. Nice kit.

This review is for an outdoor security system. Comes with everything you need for security system. I recently had my parents pass and we have a large piece of property with lots of buildings on it. So I bought this for that. Because it is wireless. . It comes with everything you need to set it up. This is a great value for your money versus where you can go to a box store and buy one.
