I am a 64 year old flight attendant and between my crazy schedule, having had multiple cervical spine surgeries and lifelong struggles with insomnia this pillow has helped in all of those areas!!I have a closet full of different pillows that I rotate between, but none ever really quite right.For the first time in years I am waking up with significantly less stiffness in my neck and I am “waking up”…which means I actually went into a deep restorative sleep rather than the non restoring what I call “hovering” sleep where I am in bed, eyes closed, but still conscious🧐Anyway, this pillow is working for me!! It doesn’t cure the insomnia and overthinking, but keeps your head and neck comfortable so that you are much more able to relax. We don’t realize that even a little bit of low level muscle tension can prevent relaxation inhibiting the ability for your body then mind to relax and shut down completely!One side is higher than the other and they both work! Some nights I need the higher side and others the lower, but both have had me sleeping at least 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 hours longer of uninterrupted sleep and I feel much less achy in the morning!Additionally, I really like the fact that it is soft, but Does Not sink it really supports yourC-Spine and head consistently throughout the night.I will be purchasing another one to have as a backup pillow and my Christmas shopping this year is going to be real easy…everyone is getting this pillow LoL 🤣

I had to bring up the rating on this pillow. It is nothing short of fabulous. I'm broad shouldered and like to sleep on my side. My wife punches me for snoring when I sleep on my back. Ha! This pillows is thicker than most at around 7 inches. This is a hug difference, especially when these types of foam tend to sink in a bit over time. My last contour memory foam pillow was great right up to the time it wasn't. It just got too soft and I had to put a towel under it to prop it up. This pillow is thick and seems like more dense foam. The hole in the middle provides some breathing room for your ear and the gel is initially very cool, and stays cooler longer than just foam. Also the pocket tends to keep my head and chin up, which also prevents snoring. When you tuck your chin to your chest it really amplifies any snoring. So far this pillow is a win for me. I actually bought four Bolo pillows and was going to return the ones I didn't like. I tried this one first and haven't even opened the others. I'm just going to return them, because they are all in that 4-5" height, which simply is not enough.

The pillow and custom pillowcase appeared to be well made, and I was impressed by how long the cooling gel stayed cool compared to my current cooling gel pillow. I tried the pillow for a couple of hours but unfortunately was unable to fall asleep. It seemed reasonably comfortable for side sleeping but is a bit firmer than my current pillow, so even though it didn't hurt while lying on it, when I turned onto by back, my ear was a bit sore. It provided good support for my head and neck while on my back, but unfortunately it held my head up a bit too high, causing pain in my lower back, so I had to switch back to my old pillow for the rest of the night. I believe this is a good quality pillow (though I can't speak to durability), but it just didn't work for me.

I gave it two stars because the pillow works as described. However, I wouldn't say I liked the poor manufacturing quality control or process. I returned the first pillow and requested a new one, hoping it would be better quality. No, it wasn't. See photos and judge yourself if you want to purchase from this company. Nevertheless, the pillow is genuinely comfortable and has improved my shoulder pain, so I washed it and am still using it.

Absolutely love this pillow. The shape and the cooling feature are great. Helps to prevent pain in my shoulder from laying incorrectly.
