These lights are great. They are bright and easy to setup.In the 50 foot package is you get 3 16 foot strands of lights, each containing 12 pretty darn bright LED lights every 15 or so inches apart. The strands are daisy chain-able so you need 150 feet you can buy a 100 foot package and a 50 foot and have them on the same controller. This also presumably allows for easy replacement if a section goes down. The lights come in individual plastic housing(suitable for long term outdoor use) with sticky tape pre installed so you can have a quick setup. The package also comes with real mounting hardware as well as a infared remote. You can also control the lights via app with bluetooth or wifi.The lights be very bright for indoor usage. I don't have the best outdoor testing environment but I think these would work great as holiday lights but I don't know how much would be needed for an outdoor party setup.The standard remote has some preset patterns, preset solid colors and dimming as well as on/off.The free app for these has an ENORMOUS amount of options for custom color, custom patterns, all the options you could want for a set of lights.It's a solid lighting kit.

In the package there are 50 feet of lights. The lights are divided into 3 separate 16 food strands. The lights connect very well together. Depending on the length you need you can add more strands to the original set.The insulation is pretty simple and you don't need hardware to set them up. They come with sticky tape for instillation. The package also comes with hardware for more of a permanent set up.The app for the lights is really easy to set up and you can control the lights via WIFI. These make a great garden atmosphere! The lights are super bright -- the box says indoor or outdoor-- but honestly-- we turned them on inside-- and all I saw was dots!

It's a great product, and looks amazing. But we had to buy more because the strand of 100 was not enough. And we can't figure out how to link the both of them

Agreed, these are a bit pricy but that old adage that you get what you pay for is totally true here.50 feet of 36 individual Professional quality extremely bright LED outdoor lights, about 15 inches on center beautifully manufactured, waterproof, and strong adhesive backed. (peel off)They can do an amazing array of tricks-utilizing 16 million colors (including a true white ) and 54 scene modes all able to be controlled via the included remote, a smart App, Bluetooth, WiFi, Bolo’s Alexa and Google Assistant (voice control) et alia.You can change the light colors ,brightness ,and select one of the many modes flash ,chasing etc at anytime and design programmed sequences with one of the many control options- can even dance to the music!Like I noted, you get what you pay for and these are worth every penny.Fabulous!! I am certain I will win the Christmas decor contest this year.... for sure !!!

I had my teen daughter and her boyfriend install these on our covered porch and they didn't struggle. The wire feels tough without being overly stiff. The remote is pared and ready to use. I like all of the setting options . There are lots of color options. Right now we are using red to create a spooky vibe for Halloween.

I had been debating about the permanent lights for a long time and stumbled across these. These lights are bright and seem to be well built. I would highly recommend using an adhesive promoter when attaching these to the eaves. Out of the box with the remote these lights preform well, download the app and WOW! They are a more expensive than your usual string christmas lights, but the time savings of putting lights up, then taking them down, makes them well worth it. This makes the lighting possibility way more than just Christmas now. Need another set to complete the house now.
