1.0 out of 5 stars Second display never worked at all.
The second display didn't work at all. I checked and updated all drivers, and there was no way to activate it. I am going to send it to Asus, so that they might try to fix it. Besides, they indicated a "ridiculous" way of returning the computer (not the original box with all the accessories or you might lose them), and after sending it back without any damage, they now claim the computer was "damaged", they say it is then not warranty covered, and they are trying to charge me almost $1000 for this, that I won't pay of course. Had I known this, I would have send it in the original package with all its accessories. Besides, the original hardware or software issue for which I asked for repair, is still not fixed.

It was good until it wasn’t. I bought this laptop which had software problems from the start. Even got Microsoft involved. Has the computer for less than 5 days. I requested a return label and customer service with the seller was good. I bought another computer and it works great! They wouldn’t “exchange”. I had to return and purchase another one.I called today to find out the status of my refund as the tracking showed it was delivered back to them. Apparently there is a “chip and scratch” (there definitely wasn’t” and I need to contact Bolo for a refund. Dang it..I knew it was too good to be true! Now I have to work to get a refund for a defective computer that had no scratch or chips -it’s their word against mine - aagghhhh!!! if I wasn’t desperate to get a working computer I would have waited to buy the replacement somewhere else.

Just pointing out that Asus seems to have a Duo that matches these specs right out of the box... and it's cheaper. I would love to get one of these with 4gb SSD.
