I like the sleek all metal case and large display. Performance is snappy and the price was reasonable.Not crazy about the touch pad but I bought a wireless trackball mouse to use instead.

I was looking to upgrade my 5-year-old ASUS Zenbook laptop. For context, I use my laptop for relatively small-scale data analysis, word processing, research, reading, graphic design in Adobe Illustrator (I'm a bioengineering PhD student) as well as for browsing the web, watching TV shows, etc. I'm not a gamer or audio/video producer or anything like that, but I definitely use it more intensely than just for checking emails or messing around in Office applications.Overall, this laptop suits my needs. The keyboard, mousepad, and fingerprint sensors are are responsive and pleasant to use. The screen is BIG and a little more square shaped than what I am used to. The laptop is thin and while definitely not light, not so heavy that I can't put it in a backpack and bike to campus. It's done all the tasks I've asked of it quickly and without any issue.If I had one complaint, it would be the size of unchangeable text. The default settings are tiny icons and tiny text compared to how large they were on the laptop I used to have. I adjusted the text and icon size in Settings, but text within applications (such as in OneNote or on the Google Chrome bookmarks bar) deon't change which is annoying.Overall, I'd recommend this laptop. Just consider getting some magnifying glasses to go with it :)Side notes: 16" laptop cases are a little big on the sides, so I'm testing different 15" and 15.6" cases for a snugger fit.

I like the laptop a lot but it came without the AC adapter and power cord. Through the Bolo chat feature I was informed that they could/would not provide missing parts and that my only option was to return the entire laptop. The laptop was purchased during Prime Days so to return it and reorder would cost me $216. I will keep the laptop and order a power cord and adapter for $32. There's no reason they couldn't have sent an AC adapter. Bolo's customer service rates a 1 star. Sorry that the rating reflects on the Dell laptop but it's Bolo's fault.

The customized laptop is great, quiet, and slim.The power brick is larger than I expected, but the Nvidia RTX 2060 is probably the reason. The shipment came on time, undamaged, as expected and is a really good for the money purchaseI definitely would purchase from this supplier again and of course I trusted the DELL Inspiron 16 would be a good fit for my needs.

The laptop arrived overnight and was placed in a lager plain brown box so no one knew it contained a laptop. Works super well. I properly could have chosen another less expensive, I wanted RAM, 1 TB of storage, My other laptop just died the day before and it really cramped my remote production. Thanks to the gods, I have all my work stuff saved in the cloud! But my personal stuff is on the other laptop. Took it in for diagnosis and repair just to migrate from one to the other. Then I'll probably gift it to a family member.

This laptop has all the specs to get your work done as well as smoothly run games. Has no problem running Overwatch 2 and Baldur's Gate 3 on maximum settings. Screen resolution is fantastic!However, the fans are super loud and it gets very hot while running these more resource-intensive games. I would have liked more than one USB-C port so that I could have both the charger and connect it to a dock. Most docks on the market don't work well because they would also need to pass a 150w+ current to the laptop otherwise it says it can't boot itself up.Not sure if it's a defect but mine makes recurring clicking noises that I usually notice when playing games. Doesn't seem to affect performance yet but is a slight concern.

J'ai choisi le Inspiron 16 plus 7640 d'entrée de gamme et je suis très satisfait. Selon mes moyens et mes besoins, je possède déjà une tour PC assez puissante, je cherchais un portable abordable et flexible. Facile à configurer, j'utilise les logiciels Adobe comme Photoshop et Lightroom facilement, je peux lancer Davinci Resolve et travailler en mode proxy confortablement pour finir mes projets sur ma tour. Je peux également rouler Studio One ou Reaper pour mes projets musicaux. L'écran est très lumineux et est super pour l'édition photo. Je voulais un écran assez large et c'est pourquoi je voulais un 16 pouces. Bonne machine.
