This is a very useful light, not only for filming things or taking photos, but also for working in low light conditions where you need less light than normal. It has great settings and also has level buttons to increase or decrease the brightness. This light stand is by far worth the money.

I’m really impressed with the UBeesize 10.5in ring light! It provides great lighting options, making my recordings look much more professional. The adjustable brightness and angles make it easy to get just the right look. The phone holder and stand are stable, and setup was quick. Overall, it’s a great tool for anyone needing reliable lighting for online meetings or content creation.

The pictures didn't do it justice. It is a large light, and being a complete circle rather than just a "ring" it puts out a LOT more light. So while you might not get that ring-shaped reflection in your eyes, you WILL have a very capable key light for any podcasting or phone shoots you're doing. I actually have to keep mine at the minimum brightness to do zoom calls or else it will actually be more light than I want to be looking at at that distance. That said, I'd always rather have too much light, and be able to put it farther away or dim it, than not enough.

1.0 out of 5 stars Quality Control Issues ruin otherwise great light
The quality of light is great and having the controls on both the light itself and a remote (instead of on the cord like many similar models) is fantastic. However, I have received two of these lights now and both have issues. The first one I received had two issues: 1) the "sticker" that covers the controls on the light was not on the light and was instead stuck to the instruction book. This meant I could not easily discern what each button did and it meant it was a space for dust to get in over time. The sticker was so firmly stuck to the instructions that when I tried to peal it off it just ripped the paper and took it with it. 2) when the light stand was extended it was very wobbly at the middle joint even when fully tightened. I wrote to the company and they said they don't ship individual pieces and that I should return it to Bolo for a replacement, so I did.The second one I received seemed fine, the light control sticker is firmly in place and the stand doesn't wobble. However, there is no light control remote in the box. One of the main things I like about this light is the wireless remote. I hadn't shipped the first light back yet so I tried the remote from that one and it doesn't work with the new light, so now I will be sending both back to Bolo. As much as I want to make this light work, I will likely be ordering from a different company now.

This light strip stand really benefits me a lot when reading at night. A few days ago, I was reading at night. After installing this stand, the bright ring light illuminated the entire desktop and no longer strained my eyes. Its soft light allows me to read for a long time without feeling tired. I highly recommend it to people who love reading.

The stand and light are sturdy and well designed, and the remote is helpful to have. However, it has a mind of its own. It changes brightness levels and K setting at random while I’m using it and turns both on and off at random too (completely unrelated to timer function).I’ve been using mine for about 2 months and it has gotten much worse over time. Went from the occasional on/off or brightness/K setting change, and it’d be fine for a while after I changed it back. Considered returning it after 3-4 weeks but decided it wasn’t a big enough issue to merit the effort. Wishing I had. Issues gradually started happening more frequently to where it’s now nearly constant (4x in the time it has taken me write this review). It has also started fighting back… after watching it go from warm to cool or drop 3 brightness levels, I’ll change it back and immediately watch it happen again.
