I have used this a couple times for friends’ vehicles. It fills a very low tire in about 3 minutes. Easy to use, The noise level isn’t bad. It’s a good design and super easy to use. It is well built and rugged, quite durable.

4.0 out of 5 stars Excellent 12V Air Pump! Works Better than Many 110V Compressors!
The media could not be loaded. This is a small but solid, high quality air pump that weighs in at a hefty 6.75 pounds! It’s decidedly not one of the typical 12V versions I’ve owned in the past that takes 10 minutes to fill a car tire while overheating in the process. Upon opening the box, I couldn’t find directions for use, only a multi-language warranty book and a QR code leading to the NOCO webpage. At the website I still couldn't find the manual or even any information about the Air20 listed. As the pump is very easy to use, I didn't need it but I still would like to download it.How to use: The pump has one method to connect it to the car and that is by attaching spring clips to the positive/negative battery terminals. I was hoping to also be able to plug it in the 12V cigarette lighter socket but no adapter is included. This may be due to the 20 amp power draw and wiring current limitation for many vehicles. The pump's electrical wire is a full 20' long which is nice for reaching the rear tires. The pump features an ample 3' long airline and a well-designed screw-on Schaeder valve connector. Once connected to the valve, there were no air leaks. The current air pressure was automatically displayed on the top of the pump and then I could select the desired air pressure, in this case 35 pounds, by using the +/- buttons. Pressing the start button turned on the pump and about 10-15 seconds later the pump shut off after reaching 35.5 pounds.I topped off all my car tires quickly, adding 3-5 pounds of air in mere seconds and then started with bike tires and found the pump's air pressure settings to be very accurate. It worked just as well on bike tires inflating them to 70 pounds in a few seconds. The Air20 also features a bright light on the front with several brightness settings and a flashing mode which is nice for night time use and roadside emergencies. The pump stores in a stretchy storage sack but trying to fit pump, 20’ of power cable and battery clips in the small sack wasn’t easy. A better way to pack the power cord is needed. I was hoping to use the pump to fill my SUP board but only adapters for filling ball/inflatables are included. Bummer!Bottom Line: The NOCO Air20 is an excellent 12V pump that works better than many 110V air compressors! It can top-off car tires in a few seconds and fills typical car tires in about 2.5 minutes. It’s great for off-roading, travel use, filling bike tires, balls and inflatables. It features a 20' long power cable making it simple to reach rear tires but storing the long power cable is cumbersome and the pump can only be powered through the battery terminals. No owner's manual was included and so far, no information is available on the NOCO website on the Air20 pumps. As this pump is amazingly efficient and powerful as compared to any 12V pump I've owned in the past, I can overlook the few design shortcomings and easily recommend it.

This portable charger works well and was great to have in a pinch!I walked out of the house this morning to find a truck tire a bit low. Further examination revealed a nail, probably from a construction site I was visiting yesterday. The leak was apparently very slow since the tire wasn’t completely flat.I remembered that I had recently ordered this portable compressor but hadn’t had a chance to test it out.Well, the time for that was NOW!It worked very well, quickly adding the needed air get it up to it’s 65psi again.Then I safely drove to the tire store to get it properly patched.I realized that since this compressor only has the 12 volt DC connection to a car battery, and does not have a plug in to home 120 vac. I knew that I should have this packed with my other car tools that I carry with me so that I could have it anywhere I drove. After all, I could have gotten that low tire somewhere other than home.
