For the price the pan works well. I like the lid which has a hole in it to release steam and the handle does not get hot. I use it mainly to cook vegetables. Easy to clean. The size is good. I bought the 2 quart. I would like to buy another pan like this one only bigger.

For a solidly constructed saucepan with lid at this price, this purchase decision was easy to make. I use it almost daily and it performs well. I especially like the handle design - it dissipates the heat better than a solid metal handle. It also readily hangs on a hook above my stove!

Second time I used this pan. Both times pan was only set on medium and both times with constant stirring- burned the food. Not worth buying.
