I’ve only used it a couple of times so easy to put together so easy to maneuver around places I can drive it through the house and type places. It is a little heavy but so worth it. I would definitely buy it again. I haven’t gone through the battery life yet it folds up, but not as well as I thought it will sit in the back of my car from here on, but it’s made my husband’s life easier so far

This is very wide and my friend I bought it for couldn't even get through the bathroom door at work. she also tipped over in it. not stable at all!

Easy to put together. I am 77 years old and I was able to follow the simple directions. Hubby uses it and now we can go to grandkids ball games. He weighs 220 and easily gets around on football fields. I am very happy to find this scooter, it opens a new world for him. Easy for me to help him.

The media could not be loaded. I was initially going to return this because it said that it was lightweight and when the package arrived it said that it was over 60 lb. However we decided to take it out and try it and it is about as light as a large Walker with a seat when taken apart. If you grab the two back wheels and push around the front to put it in your car you are lifting no more than about 3 lb. So you want to take the seat off put it in first. Fold the handlebars down. Then grab it by the back wheels and lift up and it will wheel around very easily to get it over to your trunk. Then simply lift the front tire in first and wheel it in.Taken apart the seat probably weighs about 10 to 12 lb. And the frame and handlebar probably weighs around 25 with the battery on it. The battery itself probably weighs about 2 to 3 lb. This is very nice and lightweight I'm glad we did not return it before we opened it and gave it a try.Five stars we have a very small car and as you can see it fits nicely in the trunk and takes up about the same space as a seated Walker.We did buy an upgraded quick release basket as the one that it came with was a little bit flimsy if you put anything large in it. Got for a gift and I believe the speed is incorrect and the description because we got up to 5 km per hour at 160 lb person. So that would be closer to 8 to 10 miles an hour not 4 mph like the description says. I'm guessing that maybe it was supposed to say 4 km/h? Anyways this will make a great gift for our grandmother

I got mine last week. It was very easy to assemble , everything fit perfectly . I am disabled and can't walk far and you can't always depend on the grocery store to have a cart to use . This is perfect ! Very lightweight and fits easily into the back of my SUV . Once the seat is off , I can easily load it myself . I was concerned , for the price , if it would be cheaply made , but I happily find it very stable and sturdy .

Asked customer service if they had extra batteries for it they said they didn’t have wonder if they have any replacement parts for it

Received scooter yesterday. Exactly as described. Very sturdy and drives well. Lightweight, with a little effort, I can load it into my van without folding up, although it folds fairly easy.Reason for 4 instead of 5 stars, is the battery doesn't seem to take a full charge, so ran out of power very quickly. I'll try charging again before I contact anybody about this.

I have arthritis in my hands could not even push the break to make it stop. Also, I fell off of it.

Manual impossible to understand
I am still stuck assembling and figuring out brakes etc. The manual is contradictory and the worst translation into English I have ever encountered. Couldn’t even get up the incline in my driveway
