I absolutely LOVE this keyboard and mouse! Smooth, silent, fast, efficient! Basically just plug and play - batteries are included, so there are no delays or unexpected surprises.Our IT dept recently gave me a wireless keyboard and mouse (different brand) that one is defective with keys constantly sticking. I was struggling to adjust because the keyboard was different than what I've been used to for so long.I purchased this one to use at home instead of the work laptop and am so glad I did!!! It's been a very smooth and seamless transition. Nothing defective, no issues. The keyboard and mouse are completely silent!Definitely worth buying!!!! As soon as there is more pink/rose in stock, I will be purchasing another for the office!

I just received the keyboard and mouse and immediately attempted to hook them up. I disconnected the wired keyboard and mouse.I opened one end of the box and slid them out. I looked under the keyboard for a holder for the USB receiver. Nothing. I opened the mouse, where one usually finds the receiver, but the receiver slot was empty. I shook the box. I opened the OTHER end of the box and put my arm all the way through to feel for the receiver. Nothing. SO DISAPPOINTING.I went back to Bolo and started a whole replacement saga. Located my nearest UPS store and had the label sent to my email to print from work Monday.I rehooked my wired keyboard and mouse up.I put the keyboard and mouse back into their plastic bags. I picked up the box and slid the keyboard in. It was upside down so I thought I'd be nice and flip it over. I pulled the keyboard out, flipped it and as I started to slide the keyboard back in, I noticed the receiver ATTACHED TO ONE END OF THE BOX. WHAAAAAT?! What kind of place is THAT to put it? It's SO easy to miss it there, especially if you only open the other end of the box!!! FFS!I unplugged my wired keyboard and mouse and popped the receiver in. Everything worked immediately. But holy S, the mouse is terrible. It's WAAAAY too small. It's like 1/3 the size of my old Logitech wireless mouse. So I'll be using the old one and keeping the new one for an emergency (doesn't everyone have a mouse emergency in their lifetime?).The keyboard doesn't feel nearly as nice as my bigger wired one, but at least it's useable, unlike that tiny mouse. Hopefully I'll get used to it because in my tiny studio apartment, the lack of even one wire on my one table looks better. (EDIT 8/29 - I've totally gotten used to the keyboard and have no problems with it!)I went back to Bolo and canceled the delivery of the NEW keyboard and mouse coming next week. Hopefully the return I set up will just fade away when Bolo doesn't receive the keyboard and mouse in a month.Four stars because of this nightmare but really it's because of the feel of the keyboard and the size of the mouse. Maybe for people not so used to bigger-and-better, both will be fine. :)
Very Good Office Set
Bought for an office. Works very well. Keys feel good while typing. It is a basic set with not a lot of extra options, such as side buttons on mouse. If you want a basic wireless set that works great, at a good price, this is it.
