I bought these electric lights I really enjoy it and there are very good not too costly and I ordered them once a month I believe once a month or twice a month but they're good and it made me feel good not getting dehydrated and dissolves very easy and The Taste is wonderful I really love the watermelon great size

We were very happy with the quality of this hydration drink. Not only does it taste delicious it leaves you feeling so refreshed. We like drinking it before and after a workout. Before because of the increase in energy it offers and after because of all of the health benefits after having sweat our sodium out. We are a little crunchy but we were happy with the ingredient list - lots of natural stuff. The quality for the money spent is second to none - great value. It’s very comparable (if not better) to the LMNT hydration drink. If you’re on the fence - try it!

This product has great flavor, but is a little salty for my liking. That is just my opinion and why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Other then that, this product is hydration and quality for the price.

I am a repeat customer. I was struggling to keep up with the cost of LMNT electrolyte drink, searching for an alternative, I found Venture Pal electrolyte drink mix. I am so happy I found it because it works just as well as the expensive LMNT brand. I have tried other alternatives like SALTT(taste horrible!) and Ultima(not enough sodium) and both fell flat.I suffer from chronic muscle soreness and headaches due to low sodium levels, which also causes dehydration, and an active lifestyle. Venture pal has rescued me from sacrificing my hard earned wages to keep me happy and healthy.The taste is great! My favorite is strawberry, which is a flavor that LMNT does not offer. It’s easy to use and you can take it on the go and drop it in water or juice. Sometimes I will mix the flavors, strawberry and watermelon and orange and strawberry.I recommend this brand to anyone that has low sodium levels and/or an active lifestyle which causes you to consume a lot of water which can flush out electrolytes.

I have ordered this multiple times now and I do believe these are my go to electrolytes now. Good flavor, no artificial coloring and they do what they supposed to do! As someone that commutes on a motorcycle living in Texas, these are great! If you do any adventure riding, touring or even race, you can definitely benefit from these! Easy to carry in a jacket pocket, waist bag, panniers or saddlebags for on the go. I even put some in my First Aid Kits! They mix extremely quick and require little effort to mix like other brands! After lawn work or if you take anything that may rob you of fluids, these are a great way to quickly replenish and rehydrate. Bolo will not allow me to go into detail so just take my word for it! No sour or bitter taste and like I have mentioned, they mix quick with little effort with no settling on the bottom of the bottle or glass. The flavors taste natural which is a plus. No sugar spike and the price is great compared to the competition. As a retired athlete I have used a lot of other brands and I think these are the best when it comes to a natural tasting hydration drink mix. Short take away: these powders contain erythritol, I recommend doing some research before deciding if you will buy these or not because erythritol is possibly not for everyone.Long version: If the ingredients are not a concern for you, the taste is pretty good. Grapefruit was the most pleasant followed by strawberry. The sweetness is not overwhelming and the fruit flavors are light. There is a saltiness to them, but it is very bearable in my opinion and actually pairs really well with the grapefruit. The price was better than a lot of other brands.I started drinking these because my doctor told me I needed to hydrate better, and also to combat orthostatic hypotension symptoms. I think the electrolytes did actually help with both of those things, and I have been feeling a bit better.The personal dilemma I faced was that I needed to hydrate better due to high platelet levels, however, erythritol is suspected to possibly raise platelet levels. Not my goal. As stated, do your research and make an educated decision based on your health goals. Erythritol is considered generally safe, but there is a bit of research that raises questions about its possible connection to increased blood clots. This may not be a concern for everyone, but some people, such as myself, cannot take the risk due to pre-existing health concerns.If that’s not you, these taste pretty good and are more affordable than some other choices.

I purchased these powders because I often struggle with hydration. I am a huge fan, because not only do they have all the essential electrolytes, but they dissolve immediately! With other powders, there was always residue or a harsh concentrate at the bottom of the cup. They are a little salty to taste, but it's honestly a nice contrast to the flavors (kind of like when you salt your watermelon). Overall, I'll be buying these again!

I just finished my first box, and I am so glad I found these! Overall, the flavors are very good. I like some more than others, but there isn't a flavor that I wouldn't drink. I am currently pregnant, and I do feel like I can notice a difference since I started drinking them. I try to stay around 3-4 drinks a week and plan to continue drinking these even after pregnancy. They are very affordable and such a great option if you are wanting something other than water!
