Kept my phone from overheating during Pokemon go fest (5*). It has magsafe charging but it doesn’t charge fast enough. I would not depend on it for charging(1*).

It's been well over 100° here in California the last few weeks, and this little fan has been a lifesaver... or a phone saver, I guess. It gets REALLY cold. It also charges your phone, which I wasn't expecting. Bonus! The outside of the unit can get pretty warm, so if you're holding your phone you need to make sure not to block the vents. It does a great job of keeping my phone from overheating, and also looks really cool, especially in the dark. The only complaint I have is that the magnet could be a little stronger.

Clips to the phone and works great. Why only 3 stars? It has no battery so therefore needs to be plugged into either your phone or an outlet to work. This is fine if you are using your phone as a camera and are near an outlet but ridiculous for people that want to game on the go. It reduces the battery life of the phone if you plug it into it for power. You could carry a battery bank but then it start to get bulky. I could not use this with my phone controller. You place your phone in the cradle and it syncs through Bluetooth for connectivity. And although it works incredibly well, especially for it's price, it will not allow that cooler on the back of the phone no matter how hard I tried to make it fit. I am not sure how to place this due to it's inadequacies. I received a much larger tablet/pad cooler that did not have this issue and held a charge so this is ridiculous.

This is a relatively incredible little piece of technology. I plugged it in and it lit up and all but instantly you can feel the temperature dropping in your hand. I didn't run a thermometer on it but it gets like can of soda from the fridge cold in maybe thirty seconds, just truly intense. It is also rather bulky, so you are going to have to either hold in your hands or get a really carefully-selected phone mount. I would point out one rater major discrepancy from the product copy. If you are set with an Android or similar device that does not contain a magnet, they seem to have abandoned the idea of the promised magnetic sticker, as that is not in the package, instead including plastic clips for the device. These work certainly but also don't have a huge spread so they've rather narrowed down the range of compatible devices if you were hoping to bop it onto a phablet or something.

I ordered this cooler for my iPhone 13 Pro. The cooler had a defective LED display so I ordered a replacement. the second cooler also had a defective display. I had to return it as well.I can say the it did cool, though at the 5 volt input it does not effectively cool the 13 Pro when making a video call. I suspect that it needs to be used at the higher voltage to perform at its best.I cannot recommend this cooler - perhaps the ROG cooler would be a better choice.

The media could not be loaded. I love this device. It does an awesome job of cooling down the phone or tablet. There are many times my wife and I have been out and the temperature has been over 100 degrees and our phones heat up and the screen becomes hard to read or our tablet will shut down due to temperature. This little device does an awesome job cooling and it is immediate as soon as you plug it in. If you have a magsafe phone it will attach and start cooling. If you don't have a magsafe then they provide clips which will hold the device to the phone. I took my infrared gun to check the temperature and as you can see in the video it starts dropping quickly. The one thing I don't like is that the temp read out on the device is celisus versus Fahrenheit, i do which there was away to change it. It does require power so you will need to take a powerbank with you if you are outside. I highly recommend.
