From the packaging, which was gorgeous, to the pad itself, I am very pleased with this trackpad. It has just the right drag so the cursor isn't jumping all over the place, it's fairly large, which I like. But I was most impressed with the presentation. I love good design, and this has it.

I purchased this as my new company only provides PCs vs. a Mac. I was used to using an Apple Trackpad with my old computer, which remains the gold standard.This trackpad is easy to pair with the PC and does well with the cursor. My primary complaint is that it doesn't "click" or provide haptic feedback when "clicking" the mouse, which takes time to get used to. It also doesn't hold a charge as long as the Apple (a few weeks vs. a few months).Other than that, it does the job just fine.

I have been needing a touch pad to replace an old one I wish I had purposed more of. This one looked great. It connected fast and easy. My issues were 2 fold. The "right/left" click buttons were too hard to push. They needed to be less stiff. In addition, the track pad width was too large by an inch or so. It didn't fit well on my limited area which I need to also keep a keyboard. If it were shorter by at least an inch, it would have fit better.

Unit arrived new. Looked great. Charged to 100% and Bluetooth found IMMEDIATELY! Awesome.AND THEN ...Nothing. Will not work. Battery charge shows on Bluetooth so it is "talking" but that is as far as it goes. Rebooted. Tried two different computers (both laptops, two different companies, two different OS's - Win 10 and Win 11 Pro). Both found it and nothing else.No problem. I contacted the company. Talk about next to a worthless attempt! Company responded a day or so later but help? NONE! Instead, I am supposed to jump through hoops to get a not inexpensive product to work out of the box? Is THAT their product support?My email to them:Received last night from Bolo. Looks good. Packaging new, unopened.Charged last night. This morning Bluetooth found immediately and paired without problem. The light on the unit would go off after a few seconds. Then nothing. Not response. The computer shows battery at 100% and “connected”.Tried on multiple platforms (ASUS ROG Win 10 all updates and MS Surface Pro 7 Win 11 Pro all updates) and on all three different Bluetooth channels. Well, that adds how many more days to troubleshooting something that should work out of the box. AND if it doesn't work out of the box - is there a problem with the item? Are they getting SOOOOOO many requests for help that they need to weed out those out of warranty? If the problem is easy to fix why make people jump through hoops to get a product working even if out of warranty? Seriously!And I won't even MENTION a "video" of the problem? The problem was described to them as "Bluetooth found immediately but unit will not work". How do you make a video of a touchpad not working? That would be a picture since NOT WORKING is, well, NOT WORKING!Products fail. Products arrive DOA. Not great but it happens. My "problem" is that the company provided a cookie cutter answer that didn't answer anything in my email to them! The answers that would have been better - "We are sorry for you inconvenience of a new product not working. Past troubleshooting has shown doing xxx yyy zzz may help. If you haven't attempted our online troubleshooting tips you can find them at www.xxx.zzz.yyy. If neither of these help, please send us your order information, copy of your receipt, and any other information that could help us figure the cause of the problem."Returning it ASAP and WILL NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY until they straighten out their support! Obviously they have problems with their products to not just "help" first and ask questions later!
