I have old dumbbell plates that fit great. Add 20 pounds to the vest and go on hikes or workout with it. Easy on, easy off, adjustable. Built good. Way cheaper than name brands and just as good or better.

As a former Marine, I know a thing or two about tactical vest and this one is actually more comfortable than the ones I have that cost 4X as much. Seems to holding up pretty well with level 3+ plates in them. No ripped stitches or anything. Worth the purchase.

This vest is built solid and has ample padding. I added a couple 10lb weights to the front and back, the pockets hold strong and the fit is very customizable. BTW I'm 6' 1" and weigh 190 lbs. I think once I reach my goal of 40 total lbs (20 on the front and back), I may have to add some padding under the shoulder straps, but I would probably have to do that for any vest. Great product!
