5.0 out of 5 stars Wow; So many scents
I got this product not for use in a diffuser per say, but to share with my children the many wonderous scents out there. This huge collection was fun to just pass around every now and then to show them different smells in the world. I have to say I found 90% to be accurate to the smell as they described, so definitely high marks from me in that regard. The box that it comes in is ornate and perfectly protects the hundred twenty bottles in it. Check the difference between the Cookies scent and the Chocolate scent; very cool.
4.0 out of 5 stars 2 vials leaked
Pretty decent selection. Well packaged.Box was pretty beaten up before I received it. Not sure that is the seller's fault.Surprised more didn't leak
3.0 out of 5 stars Not 100% pure oils, likely fragrance and a carrier oil
Honestly, this set of essential oil vials is impressive but the lack of honesty of what’s in these vials is why I’m deducting 2 stars. When I looked at the ‘ingredients’ of each of these oils, they ALL claimed to be 100% of that item's oils. But there are bottles like rain, cornbread, and ocean breeze. Explain to me what 100% cornbread oil or 100% ocean breeze oil is. I don’t know what’s in these bottles aside from fragrances. I wanted to use some of these for scent work for my dog, but without really knowing what’s in here it gives me pause. I may use them for candles that I plan to gift, that way there’s no risk to my pets. There are only 4 droppers for all 120 vials which can lead to some cross-contamination (this may only be a concern if you’re using this for scent work for dogs). The oils don’t come alphabetized, which kinda annoyed me, but this only matters if you’re neurotic like I am.Review for Hanolly Essential Oils Set
5.0 out of 5 stars Extensive set of oils, excellent for small batch crafts/household use
Very nice set with a wide variety of scents. Perfect if you like to make small batches of scented soaps or body oils for self, small group of family or friends. Or to use in diffusers-120 scents so you can use them individually or create your own blends-Nice range of floral, herb, resins, fruit, food, bakery, and a few pre blends so you can mix and match to your hearts desire-Heavy scenting-Very nice storage box that is heavy duty with three trays that keep each oil individually stored. I ended up taking them all out then restocking based on my own organization sysytem and you can do the same so that it makes sense for you-Excellent starter or personal set to figure out what you prefer and tinker around with blending
2.0 out of 5 stars The essential oil containers are much smaller than anticipated
I really appreciate the packaging and organizational feel to the product itself, just felt the containers the essential oils were in are much smaller than anticipated. I would’ve opted for a larger size of lesser varieties.
5.0 out of 5 stars Smells amazing
This bundle is huge! All the bottles are very good quality and they all smell so good! Would highly recommend for anyone who loves their essential oils! You definitely can’t go wrong with this bundle and each bottle is adorably small and can be taken anywhere!
4.0 out of 5 stars Good For What It Is
I like this set and think the value is great. You get 120 well sized vials of fragrance oils, which is great for candle making. Here’s the deal- they false advertise. These aren’t essential oils. You don’t have cornbread essential oil. Yet on every single bottle they claim to be “100% Pure Essential Oil Therapeutic Grade.” In the world of essential oils, therapeutic grade means something. Since there is no information given on how these are made, what their full ingredient lists are, and they are actually lying about what they are, plus these are made in China, I won’t be using them in any body care products. But if you’re just looking for a massive variety of fragrance oils this is really an awesome set.
3.0 out of 5 stars No ingredients list, scents fade quickly
By definition essential oils are concentrated plant extracts. No ingredients list is given in the product listing nor on the package nor on the bottles, so we just have to guess what is in them. My guess is that these are mostly synthetic fragrances in mineral oil. The majority of the ones we opened had an artificial scent. Obviously, "oatmeal cookies", "cherry cheesecake", "baby powder", "ocean breeze" and "rain" are not concentrated plant extracts.Pretty dilute and the scent fades quickly. We got these for a young teen candle-making project and they are satisfactory for that. I wouldn't use these to perfume massage oil or soap or anything applied to the body, and it goes without saying that these are not food grade. The set arrived in good condition, with no breakage or leaking. The fragrances are in small glass bottles with an amber tint that gives some protection from light degradation.
