I will say I eventually got these on but no thanks to the instructions or the sticker labels on the parts (one of the labels was in the wrong direction). As others have said, I was having a hard time getting one of the shoes clamped on. I had to remove the washers on that side just to barely be able to get it on the track. Many of the bolts were not oiled and a pain to tighten. Aside from the installation pain, they seem sturdy and will give them a go.

Close but no cigar on my 2023 Kia Sportage hybrid.For some reason, one of the mounts lifts when tightened. 3 out of 4 have no issue and work great and sit flush, but nothing is helping this 4th.I plan to start a return but will first go to the rack store in town to see if they can’t get it right when I buy my roof accessory and ask them to put it on. Dad and husband both failed to get the back right flush.I have a feeling we’ll have to return this. :(Pictures of flush front right and not flush back right attached.
5.0 out of 5 stars Much better than other crossbars for Sportage Hybrid
I had purchased a different set of crossbars marketed for the 2024 Sportage Hybrid. The mechanism for clamping onto the flush rail was very awkward and didn't seem secure. These bars attach MUCH better and seem like they are designed specifically for the flush rails on the new Sportage Hybrid. They also have two separate bolts on each tower that are protected by lock washers. The other set had only one unprotected bolt. The wind noise is also much less. I highly recommend these. Don't waste your time with other brands.

Heavy duty and excellent quality.
This roof rack is excellent. The rail supports are truly sturdy; they have a a heft to them that I have not felt in other systems that I have purchased in the past 40 years. Highly recommended.
