    Plus: 1) Removable scrubbing pads that can go into the washer. 2) multiple sections to customize the length and reachable height.CON. (And the reason for the failure) The union that is used to adjust the angle broke within 5 minutes. It's plastic and once it starting failing I couldn't put any pressure on the head to wash or squeegee the water off.Because this section is needed for any length, the tool is useless. Sending it back.

    This Window Cleaner was so easy to put together. It only took a few minutes to snap together. I love the rotatable bendable head, and the cleaning cloths were a nice bonus. The Squeegee make it easy to clean, and the long handle is the best for cleaning the upper windows. This is perfect for getting my windows back to sparkling!
