I love a good iced matcha or iced chai. After reading the reviews, I opted for this model. In my old frother I would mix my Ryze matcha with non dairy milk and it would be perfect. Until it died. I use oat milk, so I put my milk in between the two max lines, added my Ryze, a squirt of agave and lavender sugar. Pressed the button until the cold like lit and off we went. Super easy! It's very quiet and was done in no time. It had a light froth and a good blend. Perfection! I won't be trying the hot modes until our triple digits are done but I'm very pleases with the cold performance. As far as cleaning,be gentle. You can't get the bottom wet. That is easy to get around to clean after using. The magnet frother tool in the cup is great. No loosing it when rinsing out. Hope this helps other non dairy latte lovers. Update... have used it a handful of times now and I absolutely love this frother. Perfection each time!

I absolutely love this frother, I use it every day. But it had stopped working and wouldn't froth. I went through the self troubleshooting and nothing worked. I tried again with new milk and it turns out if your milk is almost at the use by date it doesn't froth! I opened a new milk and it frothed perfectly! Also the markings for the milk levels on the inside could be a little easier to see and it drips from the lip when you pour it but overall I love it!

Second update:I received 2 replacement frother paddles fairly fast. In the meantime I have recieved several emails asking if I wanted a refund or replacement. I finally attempted to use the frother. It froths well but no longer heats up the milk, which it did the only time it ever worked properly. I have replied to the email I received last week from the company and this time asked for a replacement. I am awaiting a reply.Update: I reached out to the company to purchase a replacement frothing paddle to give it another try. The company is sending a replacement for free. I will update the review on 3-4 weeks after I get the replacement part.The first time that I used it, it worked well and I was pleased with the purchase. I hand washed the parts following the manufacturers directions, but when I attempted to put the frothing paddle back, it didn't fit properly. I looked at the directions again, but it wouldn't go back over the stem. I thought perhaps I had done it wrong. I tried to use it a second time, the milk burned and obviously it wouldn't froth because the frothing paddle wasn't in the proper place but I could not put it back as shown and I did not want to force it after it was washed.

Updating my review as their customer service team is amazing and really go out of their way to help.This frother is nice is you want a basic froth for your drinks. It is small and compact and quiet. Heats the milk up nicely. It’s a good level of foam for the price. It’s also super easy to clean since it’s all one size. Buttons are easy to figure out and the instructions are clear.

Just received this frother after washing, I made myself a white hot chocolate and topped with creamy foam and a drizzle of caramel topping. So quick and easy. Frother made a beautiful foam. Highly recommend this product. Saying goodbye to coffee shop prices!
