Very happy with this 2 box set of shoe organizers. They look nice in my closet; better than in a big pile on the floor or in a bin. a pair of my sneakers (size 6) fit in the smaller compartments. I am able to double up many of my sandals and flats, which is nice. My boots fit in the two bigger compartments. It also comes with a top plastic see through cover to zip the organizers shut. It has nice handles on the sides so it was easy to lift. It’s cloth so it’s not entirely sturdy, but there were some support boards provided for the bottom.I recommend the product for organizing someone’s closet.

The rigidity of the box comes from slats you slide in, and the pockets for them are reeeeeeeally snug. One got bent when I was trying to fit it in, so it's a little floppy. But the pockets are great sizes for my big shoes

It is easy to assemble and can hold a lot of shoes.But it takes up a lot of space and is soft and loose overall, not sturdy enough.

These came in handy for all the shoes we had laying around. Shoes of different sizes easily fit in and it holds at least 8 pairs of shoes. I don't see how you'd fit 16 pairs of shoes unless they were all very small.The organizers were easy to put together and the top plastic zippered top is a nice to have. I don't think I'd want to stack these (I like to see my shoes easily at any moment) but you should be able to without a problem.
