I got a very similar set of these lights for our tree last year - the only difference was last year’s were the kind with the ring you just put over the top of the tree, whereas these are the traditional wrap around style. They not only look amazing, but they’re SO much fun to mess around with!The colors are everything, you can make them pretty much whatever you want them to be - bold and vibrant, soft and pastel, super bright or not so much…these do it all!I’m obsessed with the massive amount of options you’re given for operating these lights, but it can also be slightly overwhelming. I got stuck in a time warp just playing around with them, what I thought had only been 15 minutes ended up being an hour and a half, lol!I got these to put on a new tree that came pre-lit with the same type of lights, but there aren’t enough of them (I like as many as I can fit). I’m really excited to have the added flexibility of being able to program each set in separate patterns - I want one set to stay on solid, and the other to fade in and off slowly so it looks like they’re twinkling. I wasn’t able to achieve that effect last year, so I’ve got a new game plan, and I can’t wait to see if it works. Regardless of what purpose you want them for, you’ll absolutely love these, and I VERY highly recommend them!!

I’ve avoided smart lights for a while since my poor experience with Rhapsody. I tried LED lights last year but it took a lot of effort to find ones that even got close to bright enough. The commercial level lights I ended up with weren’t any cheaper than these. I’m very happy to say these lights don’t suffer from any of the issues I’ve had with other lights. These were easy to setup in the Govee app and are very responsive. I also added them to Apple Home using their matter support but the Home app gives far less control. These lights are super bright, even brighter than incandescent, and the brightness can be easily adjusted in the app. It’s true that they can’t interconnect with additional strings but I saw that in the product description so it wasn’t a surprise. I just ordered a string long enough to be handled with 1, which is easier anyways. The light units are not shaped like traditional Christmas lights. They are more like inline flat LEDs spaced 4 inches apart. That might be an issue for some installations but it makes no difference to me.

Okay, maybe, to everyone else this made sense to them; but, I was expecting 2 strings of lights in the package due to its name.I initially ordered them with the plan that I would require 10 strings at the 66 foot length for trees and columns and 3 at the 99 feet length for our larger trees.However, you only get a single string per package. The "2" in the name is just a label and does not refer to the count or number of strands in the box. I'm probably going to return everything as I don't want to reward them for their clever naming conventions.

We love these! They are amazing. We got them to border our yard during the holidays, and I couldn't imagine something better.The color options are endless. Orange for Halloween, red and green for Christmas, and limitless other options and variations. The light itself is beautiful, and you can adjust the brightness to suit your taste.The app is super simple. I had it setup in just a few minutes.The strand itself is this and green, so it hides really well. You hardly notice them when they are off, and you love them when they are on! 5 stars all the way.

Very Nice, Looks Great, Self Programming is confusing.There are many Programs to choose from but when it comes to self-programming, it is hit or miss—so many good options it can be cumbersome.
Govee has the best best lights
I have purchased indoor/outdoor and the simplicity to install and use their app is unreal! Stay with this brand as it is great quality!
