This scent is not strong it’s very natural.Its lather is thick and bubbly, makes the whole bathroom smell amazing when I use it. It’s also amazing to add to the bath for bubbles! I used this when I was younger and remembered it randomly & so glad it’s still around. Husband also loves when I use this stuff haha.

Smells so good. It is nice and thick and foaming. I got it half off but don't think I'll pay full price for it. It smells exactly like lemon custard.

I love philosophy, but for some reason their vanilla scents are always a miss for me. This soap smells more like a dish soap than vanilla cake, same with their fresh cream bodywash. Im unsure why this is, as the cabana girl philosophy bodywash does not smell like dish soap at all, and is amazing but not the scent im looking for. The bodywash does make your skin very soft though, and the packaging was great no issues with that. I do recommend double washing , 1st with a bar soap (i recommend doves beauty bars, shae and vanilla specifically) , and then using this bodywash over that. Bottle lasts a long time though, good value for the money spent.

My mother requested this as a gift. It was not able to be found in many stores, so I am glad I could find it here. She loves the smell! It took a long time to ship, but arrived with no issues.

I bought this because I love the scent and neither my husband, nor myself, smell much of a fragrance. It suds well, and it rinses off really well. Over all, there are store brands that perform better and have more scent. It isn’t any more nourishing than most store brands, and I usually just buy for the fragrant. I have bought other scents that are more fragrant that are from Philosophy, and I probably will try a different one next time. I just really couldn’t smell it…

Smells very nice, citrusy (maybe lemons and oranges combined?) with a laundry-like, fresh clean musk and light wood background. Just like the description states. I was expecting it to smell sweet for some reason, but it's not, it's more refreshing. It does not have a household cleaner vibe that some lemony fragrances can have. I'd say it's a unisex scent, enjoyable for anyone who likes the smell of citrus. As always with this product it works very well too. Good as body wash and shampoo. Lathers well. I have long fine wavy hair and it works perfectly fine as a shampoo. No complaints.A little goes a long way, so even though it's pricier than other products, you don't go through it quickly.
