Had to order twice and wait time doubled as first ramp was received missing parts. Had to go through a complete return process as it wasn’t (for me at least) possible to establish contact w the company as I only needed one bolt…oh well. Return process was easy but delay receipt for over a week. Seems to be well made however the friction strips on the ramp are worrisome as the space between strips is very slick, so be careful traversing the ramp. If you go down the ramp in socks, be careful as you will slide between installed strips. Plan on getting larger friction strips to add to those already on the ramp. Hope this helps.

Looked high and low for the perfect height for transition into the front door for my 94 year old mom. There was nothing available at the height I needed - With this one being adjustable it worked perfectly to give us that smooth transition. This is heavy duty, secure and an excellent quality, you won't be disappointed. You won't be disappointed.

This is a perfect item that is moveable from one location to another if needed. It is not to heavy and was easy to put the feet on to adjust the height. This actually saved us money instead of putting in permeant ramps at two doors.

It is heavy duty enough to handle our mobility scooter with no issues. I love the adjustability is has. My only complaint is it has a gap anywhere you put it because of the design. The bottom edge is nicely tapered but the top edge is not. I would love to see them include a rubber filler or make the top edge have a tapered edge that swivels a little. But all in all, a very nice, sturdy ramp.
