I started buying these for my mom who’s been using them for years, but then I started using them to organize tax stuff and travel documents. It’s especially handy for cruise travel- I print every element of what we’ve purchased for the cruise, from the fare itself to the shore excursions and speciality dining, to the drink and internet packages, and all the plane and hotel arrangements. Internet can be spotty on ships, and the cruise line websites aren’t as reliable as I’d like. It’s come in handy more than once to have a printout in hand to prove my case, plus it’s a great way to retain memories of each trip.

This colorful 6 pack of plastic portfolio style file organizers for $23 is a good value, especially if you have multiple kids to organize or a lot of papers. Also great if you want something more portable and easier to go through when sitting at your desk vs a bulky file cabinet. The different colors further help me remember the contents at a glance. These are handy to organize my bills, important papers and receipts. I like that they are very water resistant. There’s a clear plastic envelope on the front of each to slide a label or ID into.The downsides are the plastic is thin and the dividers are very flimsy. They don’t go down to the bottom fully or create a complete pocket so small items can migrate to different folders easily. The included labels didn’t stick and pulled up at each side immediately after application. So know you’ll need a better way to label each section. Also, while these are accordion files, the design prevents them from opening very fully or holding much, limiting the capacity way more than I expected. The elastic closure isn’t very sturdy or flexible, fits over a grooved black plastic knob and I don’t expect it to last. Overall, I’d recommended these, but more so for children and young adults, and for staying organized on the go.

When it came time for back-to-school with 4 kids, I was on a shopping spree! So when I saw this 6-pack was such a great value, I had to try it out. I was not expecting much, but have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of this accordion! It has actually led to my kids being asked where they got their folderIf you need something like this, give these a shot, they're a great deal!

This six pack of accordion folders comes in a variety of colors. The folders are made from durable plastic and have 13 internal dividers for organization. There are adhesive tabs provided so that you can label internal folder for easy access.There is a “credit card” sized pocket on the front of the folders so they each folder can be labeled as well. There is an elastic band that stretches over latch to securely close the folder. The folder is reported to hold up to 360 sheets of paper.We really like these folders; they are offered at a fair price and will be used by our little students to organize their schoolwork.

I recently purchased a colorful six-pack of plastic portfolio-style file organizers for $23. They are of great value, especially for anyone who needs to organize multiple items. I have been using them to organize my notes for my family history research, and the different colors help me keep track of various families, persons, or research lines. The transparent envelope for removable labels is a helpful feature for staying organized. Although the plastic dividers feel flimsy, they have held up well as I have taken items in and out multiple times. Once I finish with a particular person or research line, I transfer everything into a printed document and a giant binder but keep the file organizers for easy access. I appreciate how organized they own everything, and they are easy to carry around.

These file organizer are decent. They're not really expanding organizers. The bottom doesn't expand at all; the top does, but if you put too much in the organizer, you won't be able to close it.The dividers are thin and aren't the full height ; there is a gap at the bottom of each section. The tabs are very, very small. You do get a sheet of tab stickers for each organizer, but they're not the best quality and will need reinforcement to stay in place.There is a pocket on the front of the organizer, but you'll need to provide your own card insert.

I have to manage a surprising amount of paperwork in today's paperless society. No matter how much I scan, people want hard copies, which means either I have to print on a strange network, or just carry a hard copy. These multi-tab folders make it much easier to just carry a few hard copies with me.You get six folders, each in a different easily discernible color. Each folder contains 13 pockets, with different color tabs; each includes labels to insert in the tab (although I just write on them in fine point indelible ink - so much easier, and then put a sticky label over it). The folder is plastic, so it slides in and out of briefcases and backpacks easily. I can also use the folders to keep annual records, trip materials, and other long term items.There was no card included for the nice card slot on the folder itself - I can write on the back of my business card, but I wish they had included one. I'm also not the biggest fan of the short elastic / button closure; if you really fill the folder up (which may happen by the end of the trip, because no one ever emails you what they promise, that short elastic simply cannot do the job and you're begging hotel staff for giant rubber bands. But overall, the folders meet the need.
