This hair dryer is magnificent. It’s easy to use, and light. The heat level can be adjusted and the drying time is short! It leaves my hair shinning and soft!Customer service: my hair dryer stopped working after a month. I contacted customer service and, after sending a video of the problem, I received a new one the following date! They monitored the delivery and were continuously monitoring that it worked and that I was satisfied with the replacement. I did not have to return the damaged hair dryer.Excellent support. Excellent product.Highly recommended!!

It’s cute, light, and dries my hair fast.I love the temp control!Make sure you get the nozel attachment…only the diffuser came with mine. Had to order that separately.So make sure you read the description, because even tho it’s shown in the photo…the condenser nozel is not included!

So, like, I was totally excited to try this hair dryer because, duh, who doesn't want fabulous hair? This dryer is basically a must-have for anyone who takes their blowouts seriously. The magnetic diffuser is super chic and snaps on like a dream – no fuss, no muss. The variable heat settings are perfect for getting that salon-style finish right at home.Now, let’s talk tea. The dryer looks fab in premium black and feels solid, not like those cheap plastic ones. The display and buttons are straight-up intuitive, so I didn't even glance at the instructions. But here's the thing – it didn’t come with the concentration nozzle. Like, what? For someone who lives for precision, that’s a bit of a letdown.But overall, it’s still a powerhouse. It’s quiet enough not to wake up the whole house, and it dries my hair in record time without turning it into a frizzy mess. Just keep in mind, if you’re expecting all the bells and whistles, you might find a piece missing. Still, totally worth it for those glam blowouts! 💁♀️

I am not a professional. What I love about this hair dryer is you have multiple choices of heat multiple choices of flow and then you can lock it in and not accidentally change something.To me, it is perfect.

This is a reasonably good product at a decent price; it has four speeds and four heat levels, along with a cold blast button. The diffuser attachment is easy to use and attaches with a magnet. The dryer is compact and pretty quiet, though not as quiet as I'd hoped -- but I am happy with that at this price point.When the hairdryer stopped blowing any warm air, I contacted Slopehill through their customer service email; Mandy was great in responding to my emails and promptly shipped me a new product. I wish I hadn't had to look for a replacement, but the customer service was fantastic.

This little dryer is amazing. Dries quickly & is so powerful but quieter than a traditional dryer. It has been easy to use & has a lock button to maintain your settings. I have even used on my golden doodle as it dries him quickly & he doesn’t mind the sound.

The picture shows an included attachment other than the diffuser, and I specifically wanted it because I don’t use the diffuser. The box came but there’s no attachment like the one in the picture so I’m extremely disappointed and probably sending it back. Since I got it on sale for a great discount for Prime Days, now I’ll end up buying something cheaper since the discount won’t be there anymore. VERY unhappy with the false picture!!!!
