5.0 out of 5 stars Great customer service & awesome product!
If you’re wondering “is it worth the cost??” Yes, worth every cent!! Good for longer distances, Impressive speed, smooth ride&gears. We love having the blinkers in traffic ,and the brightness of the lights at night is just enough. We had an issue with the charger it came after only having it for 1day, and their customer service politely handled it immediately!!, and we received the replacement part faster than expected, within the same week!!! Thumbs up for this product and customer service. 👍
1.0 out of 5 stars Good but beware…
The scooter is good, good speed, good battery life, has a thought looking appearance, however be prepared to change tires every month. Not to mention the horn no longer works after less than 1 year of use, the suspension system is wonky and squeaks non stop even from first ride, the scooter I received had scratchy brakes from the beginning which stopped once the break pad diminished. The main problem with the scooter is not having access to solid tires, any piece of debris or metal will ruin your day, having to pay 40-50 dollars for a new tire every time. Overall I will admit the scooter is very good for everyday commuting, but please do yourself a favor and buy a scooter with access to solid tires. BUY AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION.EDIT: Rear scooter frame has split in two since I first posted the review, it is now unusable, not to mention it broke while I was riding it, very dangerous. Cheaply made almost constes me a visit to the hospital.
5.0 out of 5 stars Bring a change of undies
The media could not be loaded. This might be long so scroll to the bottom if you want a summary.I ordered this scooter taking a chance because I wanted something fast and fun, but I didn't want to drop 3-4K like some more of the more privel-I mean commited people. I stumbled across this scooter and thought "well, if its not what its advertised to be, I'll just refund it through Bolo." So I made the impulsive purchase and then spent the next 3 days combing reddit for any experiences with this vehicle. Almost every post mentioning this (or its sister brands with similar builds) is bombarded with hateful messages about the quality and deception from purchasing scooters overseas. It made me regret it for a second but then I remembered what kind of people comment on reddit with such pompousness. In came the scooter. The manual is very straight forward but doesn't explain anything - not needed since the only thing you need to do with this out of the box is screw in the handlebars to the stem, put in some air, and away you go. The 2 screens provide straight to the point information such as speed, voltage, battery levels, odometer, left/right turn signals, what gear you are on and so on. The scooter comes with turn signals, brake lights, front lights and colorful lights coming from the board themselves. You WILL be seen at night which is great. It also comes with a seat that will come in handy for this next part...You will literally sit on the edge of your seat when your scooter roars and sends you flying down your street. Its FAST. The throttle is sensitive. BUT it doesn't have to be that fast and jumpy because you have the options of eco mode(and turbo mode) as well as setting your p settings for soft starts(amongst other p settings). This is one scooter that actually goes as fast (faster even) than what the company claims. I reach 52MPH. In like 5 seconds. It was AWESOME!The build and quality of the frame is also great as the scooter is not light. So if you are like me and take your scooter to your train to work, better know where all the elevators are. This heavy duty steel bastard is HEAVY.Finally, customer service. On the same day I received my scooter (today 3/5/24), I noticed that I only received one charger instead of 2 like everyone else said they got. I thought "yup, this is what I get for not spending my life savings on a Wolf or Dualtron." Right?Wrong. I reached out to customer service the very same day I received my scooter and noticed the missing charger. I got a response about 7 hours later (they are based out of China) and was relieved to hear that the chargers were upgraded and that I only needed one to charge it. I reached out to them on Whatsapp which was extremely convenient, direct and responsive. They were right - my scooter has about 60% battery when I received it. 2 hours later, I was fully charged and on my way to work. Also, I reached out to Eco Going (the store that sold me the scooter) and they replied hours later too.Needless to say, I am extremely happy with my purchase and very satisfied with the entire ordering process as well as after-putchase support. I will update a few months down the line. I would highly recommend this scooter to anyone who wants a fast, affordable, and good quality scooter with all the bells and whistles. The scooter looks like it will require DIY down the road but its as if it was made to be straight forward and manageable. Should there be any issues, you may have to do your own work- so if you don't like getting your hands dirty, you may want to keep looking. Otherwise...TLDR: I never heard of Bikydom and this scooter looks like a rebranding of the Fieabor and Arwibon but with some upgrades. I'm glad I took a chance because the scooter is fast, beautiful, loaded with features and customer service was excellent. Their warranty that covers parts between 6 months and a year plus Bolo's return policy should it not suit you is a great reason to take the plunge and buy this scooter!!UPDATE -5/21/2024Almost 3 months in, 400+ miles and this scooter has not skipped a beat. I have customized it myself to appeal to me even thought it came beautiful enough as it was. It has stood up to some abuse. I have hit a few potholes really hard accidentally and the most recent one caused me to lose my scooter bag , that's it! No bend in the frame or wheel, no performance issues. Despite it being only IP5, it has withstood the rain, mud and dirt with grace.Going back to me losing my scooter bag - it had about $150+ worth of tools including the charger. When I informed customer support, they sent me a new charger....but also included a scooter bag with extra tools FOR FREE!! The customer support for Bikydom is TOP NOTCH. Anything I have ever needed or asked for, I was either shipped in under a week for free (if it was a warranty item) or shipped to me with extra free stuff. I have never experienced customer service the way I have with this company ever and that alone is worth the price tag of the scooter.TLDR: I will update at the 6 month mark. So far, the scooter still rides like I just pulled it out the box despite being my everyday commuter scooter and despite some of the abuse it has gone through. The customer service is 11/10- any questions I ever had or any issues that ever arose, the customer service agent went above and beyond. Another reviewer mentioned having issues with his tire and them sending him a new tire already installed after his warranty period expired - that is the kind of support you will get when you purchase this scooter.
5.0 out of 5 stars Extremely Flexible and Helpful
I had a problem with one of the gauges on my scooter a couple of days after it arrived. The manufacturer was more then helpful in addressing the issue in a quick and courteous manner. The scooter its self is awesome. Quick take off and extremelyy fast. It goes up to 50mph but 45mph was fast enough for me. To many pothole in the road. The head lights are extemely bright and lead the way well at night as well as making sure that you are seen by other drivers on the road. Responsivedisk braking add to the security of knowing that this scooter can take off quickly and stop on a dime. Your eyes will be drawn qickly to the multi-colored lights throughout the body of the scooter. This is a must buy.
4.0 out of 5 stars speed not as advertised
great build quality, great design, smooth ride, just not as fast as advertised which was disappointing. only reached 42mph, i am 85kg body weight
3.0 out of 5 stars No instructions
No detail instructions. Only one charger included even tho this sports two.
5.0 out of 5 stars Fast.. almost too fast.
Amazing scooter for a first time rider. Settings say don't go into 3rd gear with turbo and dual motors.Don't do it. Probably a pin for the locking and handle bars would be nice safety issue but besides that for $1300 can't complain.
2.0 out of 5 stars 7 days still waiting for refund
The scooter was great except for the fact it came with a broken headlight wire and the horn didnt work. Check everything when you buy this scooter. And still waiting for my refund.
Amazing Scooter Wow
I first bought a Hiboy S2 Pro as my first scooter and it was great, absolutely nothing wrong with it. Was looking to get something bigger and could handle off road terrain and would scare the crap out of me ! LOL This scooter is fast if you want it to be or you can dial it down and its very safe and extremely stable. Controls and operation and ergonomics/adjustability of the handle bars is perfect. I'm very impressed with the build quality and ease of setting it up out of the box. If you just want the 'fastest' most reliable with great value this is the one. Also the very long range is basically as advertised if you ride it 'Normally'. (Not 50+ mph etc). Don't hesitate -> Click buy.
Horrible scooter do not buy
Just got it not even a week old yet I went to take it to Welland it says it can go up to 50 miles I did all the math and all the numbers from my house to welland 29 km the rear motor broke before I got there it says it can hold up to a 400 lb I am 185 and now I am expected to pay for shipping to return it from my money back I would look into buying something else
Amazing Amazon product
I really wants to thank Bolo and the seller for this amazing product, very solid, fast and easy to useAssembling very easy no complications, slowly slowly you get used to it and discover it,there’s something wrong in the description which where it mentioned the speed limit, above described the limit is 50 miles per hour but actually it is way more than that I could easily drove 65 miles per hour when I press the red button located on the right top of scooters ,tires are big solid and stable,I can say it’s perfect overall.
No guide to install seat
Edited Response - How to properly install seat down belowWell other then there is nothing telling how to install the seat, its great.Tried drilling a screw in a broke off a chuck on the base board.Slightly upset. Should have predrilled holes of something. How To Install The SeatWatch the video on the Bolo site.DONT USE THE PLASTIC COVERED SCREWS TO MAKE YOUR OWN HOLESIt basically says to peel back the sticker at the back, carefully it can rip.Take the 4 screws out and yes its difficult to get the wrench to hook the bolt,Place the sticker back to its original position and use those bolts to mount the base of the seat to the board
Best Electric Scooter
Delivered to Canadian residence. Very fast scooter. The material of the scooter is high quality steel and durable. All bolts and screws were tight and lock tied in. The ride is so smooth because of front and real suspension shock absorbers. The platform, scooter, wheels, and frame is large so at high speeds there is not speed wobble, the scooter feels like riding on a cloud. I love this scooter. Best purchase I made in past 10 years.
