    It is a perfect little tea kettle And it looks wonderful on my stove. The water is boiling within 10 minutes and it is easy to pour into my French press coffee maker.

    I was searching for a small-ish tea kettle that can be easily stored away if desired - this handle does drop to place easily in a cabinet. This tea kettle is a great find for that purpose. It's lightweight so when filled with water it is still easy to lift and pour. Personally, the value isn't quite there - currently it is priced at close to $30 and considering the thinness and plastic materials, it appears to be a bit overpriced I believe.

    I used this kettle exactly.TWICE before the.whistle cap just fell off. Apparently it was spot welded onto the kettle spout and the.weld was inadequate. Sadly, I initially thought it was a good product. The only stress that the whistle cap had experienced was me using my thumb to pour boiling water TWICE before it just snapped off. Poor or rushed workmanship.
