I've used Velcro for years and it works, but I knew there had to be a better way to organize cables I use often. These work great for saving space on my many cables that I have with different connectors. Very high quality and durable. Super easy to use and versatile. I also use them instead of the loaf of bread cheap plastic clips or the wire ones. I love how you can connect two together to secure larger items. I'm sure I'll find plenty of uses for these in the future as well.

These cable ties are well made and very suitable for wrapping around a single USB or small audio cable. If trying to wrap a large audio cable or a power cable, they seem to stretch and become slightly fragile. The appearance and adjustability is great, especially for something like a cable organizer pouch. They are indefinitely reusable as long as they don't snap!

I work on old bicycles a lot. Nylon tie wraps (zip ties) are handy for some things, but usually can't be reused. I bought these to tie down the cable to a dynamo light- it needs to be removable in order to remove the front wheel for transport. Also, the elasticity makes them ideal in the high vibration environment of cycling. I will find additional uses, but I was glad to have spares.

I feel like everyone should know about these things because they are an absolute improvement over other cable tie solutions like velcro or twists. Made of a soft but durable silicone, they wrap and hold objects or cables and ‘deploy’ by threading a capped nubbin through loops all the way down the tie. I’ve found this to be intuitive enough that you can do it without seeing, like in a situation where you had to bundle something behind a desk but could quite get behind to see. I have a few holding bundles of midi equipment cables together against a table leg so that they’re nicely out of sight.Since testing them I’ve lost quite a few to family members who were quick to note how valuable they are, causing me to buy a few more packs. Honestly the only draw back I can think of is the supply size per unit: I would probably pony up for a 100 unit pack if it was available. They’re just that good.
