This comes with 4 projects, perfect for my 4 kids. They are more girly, but the sun is the least girly so I gave that to my son. He was understandably not as interested as the 3 girls were, but it was still a fun project for us nonetheless. There were a few of either pink or purple gems that I had to finish with the opposite color, but otherwise there were more than enough of all the colors to finish it. Even though I dropped a few of them, there were still a lot of extra. I taped the cards to the sun catcher by the sides so that it stayed in place while they were putting on the gems. The paint doesn't come out too fast, but they overfilled a few places and it leaked into the other side. That is user error, but definitely watch out for that. It was fixable with a paper towel, though there isn't much extra paint. Even with errors, there was just enough paint to finish. They take 3-6 hours to dry and have strings and suction cups to hang on the window. They look amazing! The gems really catch the sunlight. It's a great art project for a family to do on a weekend, for homeschoolers, or just as something fun to do on a rainy day.

My kid loves these things. This one is better than most because the plate is thick clear plexiglass and it's rigid. We have a few gem suncatchers that are just clear plastic film and floppy, but this guy is sturdy. I like that it comes with the optional template for kids who are very "I want it to look like the picture" but you don't have to use it. Colors are bright, opaque in this picture but will dry transluscent. Overall another solid kit from a good company especially at this price point.

Sections to customize for what you need. Stiff enough so that it doesn’t collapse - you can see and access everything. Perfect for keys, glasses, chapstick and other little things you need at your fingertips. I am able to put just about anything in it. The pocket makes it versatile. Just need to be careful of the weight or it’s hard to pull around to move.This holds just enough for anyone’s needs. This can help with all your needed items are handy. I may be purchasing another one for the everyday house needs. It is slim and not bulky. Just what we wanted. It’s not waterproof but it’s easy to clean. All in all it’s perfect for my needs to free up space and be able to grab what I need quick. I definitely recommend 100%
4.0 out of 5 stars Fun Diamond Art Suncatcher Kit – Just Needs Extra Gems
I recently purchased this diamond art suncatcher kit for my kids, and they absolutely loved it! The design is fun, and it kept them engaged for hours as they worked on their creations. However, I do wish it came with extra gems, as kids tend to lose a few along the way. Despite that, the finished suncatchers turned out beautiful and look lovely hanging in the window. It’s a great craft activity, but a few extra gems would make it even better!

This is a fun activity for young kids. I got this for my 3-year-old and she loved painting the suncatchers and sticking gems all over them without any particular plan or aesthetic in mind. This kit would be really great for slightly older children because it comes with colored templates that you can place behind the suncatchers and follow the color and gem patterns.The kit comes with plenty of paint and gems to do each suncatcher. The paint is well packaged with small plastic seals under each tip that have to be removed before using. You can replace the plastic caps for storage if you only paint a few at a time and it helps keep the paint fresh. We did a couple the first day and then saved the rest for another time and had no problem using the paint again.

This is such a fun product. The colors are vibrant and the gems are shiny. Five year old was able to complete by herself. The template makes things so easy. I also love that this kit came with everything needed including stuff to hang it and a tool to help spread the paint in small spaces. The size is as expected and in my opinion perfect to be able to hang all four on one window. The acrylic is thick and seems pretty durable. Very happy with this product. It would make a great gift for any child who loves to be creative and loves the theme. (And for parents who encourage independent time).

Comes with everything you will need from start to finished and on your window. The gel for the suncatchers are bright and vibrate, gems are sparkly and show beautifully thru the sun shine in the window. The gems mixed with the gel is completely something different in the craft world. It's nice to find something you haven't already done a million times. Fun and easy to do, and they make your windows stand out and be less boring. I really enjoyed making these.

My niece and nephew are 5 and 8 and my boys are in junior high. Whey they come to visit I always try to line up some activity for the kids to do inside in case the weather is not great. It is hard finding something that keeps the attention of all of these ages . This sun catcher project did a great job though. My niece needed a little help with the gems but she loves art and has a lot of patience so she spent a lot of time putting the "sparkles" right where she wanted them. She was very happy decorating the unicorn one. The older boys didn't love the "girly" theme and fought over who was going to make the one with the sun on it. Eventually everyone agreed to create one and they had a lot of fun making them. I can definitely recommend this for kids for all ages who like art projects.
