5.0 out of 5 stars A great headset; excellent value
This headset feels and looks very well made. The sound is smooth and clear with the added benefit of noise cancellation. It comes with a microfiber bag to keep the headphones clean and store the USB charging wire and transmitter all together. FYI: a USB Plug is not included which is typical. I like they considered the need to keep stuff together; that shows customer focus to me. And the bag looks quite nice. I'm not saying it's Hermes, but it's a nice touch. What earned a rare 5-star review, as I believe if it's well made and does what it says it does that's a 3-star at best 4-star based on bells and whistles. I'm not overly impressed that a thing does what it says it's supposed to do. That's good; it's as it should be. The thing that earns rare 5-star ratings is showing that the consumer's needs were taken into serious consideration when designing/developing the product or service instead of trying to hide the corners they cut to make a few more pieces of a penny profit. As I said this is a nice headset to begin with. But the absolute COMFORT LEVEL wearing this 'on the ear' headset is one of the most comfortable I've experienced out of the many different styles and brands I've tried. The arms are adjustable and don't feel like they're going to break if I move them. They are wide enough to wear over a baseball cap, or not. Each of the ear cushions moves independently in all directions from the outer speaker connected to the headband; which is comfortably covered in a nice cushiony cover. I can honestly recommend these as a good product.
4.0 out of 5 stars Some decent features, some not so much
I ordered this Tenigulset Wireless Bluetooth v5.2 Headset with Noise Cancelling to test out for work support calls, mobile phone calls and to listen to music. I have been using it for all my calls and to listen to some music the last week.I've tried out quite a few VOIP call headsets for work, and this one is definitely suitable and has some nice features, decent sound/microphone quality, but also a few drawbacks that detract from it standing out.PROS:-Uses Bluetooth v5.2 which is pretty energy efficient so the battery lasted me 2 days at work without dying-Support for all the major VOIP and call applications, connects without a driver and worked well in Teams and 3CX.-Size adjustment and headphone connector bars are all metal and premium feeling-Microphone is wider than other headsets making recorded voices sound great, and has a very nice bendable/flexible mic boom for easier adjustment than cheaper headsets-Basic active noise cancellation which is nice and does work, but only for certain ranges and sounds in the environment-Comes with a VERY soft and handy velvet covered storage bag that has enough room for your charging cableCONS:-Active noise cancellation is fairly basic, and removed a lot of the fan noise, AC noise, electrical whirring, but didn't help very much with other stuff like engine noises, a drill being used next door, and some coworkers laughing loudly. But my biggest gripe is that it seems to ADD a very quiet, minor "hissing" noise in the headphones whenever ANC is on. It's not very loud or distracting but is noticeable when you are trying to cancel such noises or sit in a quiet location-Sound quality is alright for calls, audio books and voices, but using for music or movies is very 'meh' sound quality! The sound is just not very crisp or punchy, and there is no bass whatsoever.-The ear pads rocker plates they tilt on are plastic and hit against the base when tilted back and forth, which feels/sounds cheap especially right next to the very nice metal support and adjustment bars-Due to the metal these weight a little more than all plastic headsets, but still use the same on-ear cushions which don't grip your ears or head. If you move quickly or lean forward sometimes, the headset will fall off since it doesn't have many points of contact to stop it from happening. Over-ear headphones would be much better at this weight class, or make the headband a little wider for more grip with the user.
3.0 out of 5 stars They're okay
I got these to talk hands free with clients. I like that they are bluetooth and I was able to connect to my phone pretty easily (for someone who is not very tech savvy). So I was excited to receive a call and try them out. I had trouble with them from the start with a spotty connection and not really canceling the noise... so I decided to not use them after the first call. Luckily I had a family member call to try them out before trying them out on a client. The ear pieces are cool in that they are flexible (tilting up and down and back and forth), to give you a better fit. But the cushions are not that cushiony. So they may work for listening to music or watching a video (I don't know... that's not what I got them for), but for phone calls, I wasn't that impressed.
5.0 out of 5 stars Bluetooth Wireless Headset
Nice headset. I love the noise cancelling microphone! Everyone can hear me very well. The battery will last me for 2 to 3 days, and that’s using them for 5/8 hours per day. I love these! It doesn’t take long to charge either. Comfortable to wear. Highly recommend.
5.0 out of 5 stars GREAT
These headphones charge very quickly they connect almost instantly once you get them set up they are great headphones for gaming
2.0 out of 5 stars Terrible delay ruins this headset
So disappointed. I decided to test the fidelity of the sound with a YouTube video, and there is a nearly half second delay between when someone speaks and when you hear them. You can't watch videos with this headset at all. The fit adjustments where the ear pieces connect to the head band are also very loose, so that they tend to slip down and not give a good consistent fit. I wish I hadn't gotten this.
4.0 out of 5 stars Decent sound for inexpensive headphones
Bluetooth and noise canceling with built in EQ are some of the high end features if these modestly proceed headphones. The bass is OK and the high end is fairly dynamic. The noise cancelation of background noise being picked up by the mic and transmitting through the call is more than I would like to hear as the receiver. They never really got very loud, either.
