These pills do work. They aren't going to take you from stark white to bronze. But they took my glowing white skin to a nice light color that makes me look much better. Now I have only used it 3weeks. So there can be more to come for me.

Yall. Do not buy this product. After a month and finishing the container, I can positively tell you there was absolutely not difference in my skin. My partner and my mother both agree there’s no difference. Save your $30 y’all.

I looked into the ingredients because it was hard to believe that a pill can make you tan. I was shocked to see that this pill could also help with things from brain fog, anxiety, sun protection, and even heart health! My package was a little messy when I opened it, but nothing seemed bad. I have trouble swallowing large pills, so these were a little troublesome, but they are pretty average size for a capsule. I am glad that I read other reviews because I did experience the "flush" that others talked about, and I would have been nervous if I didn't know it was a possibility. However it wears off quickly and I am so excited to see the effects. Living in the midwest, these will be so key in the winter when I otherwise look pale and unhealthy!

I just started using Bronze Bliss I was excited about the idea of getting a natural tan boost.When I opened the container, I was a bit let down. It wasn't filled up much at all. There are 30 capsules in the container but it looks super empty. The capsules are pretty big, so they might be tough to swallow for some people. There was some loose powder from the capsules inside the jar, which wasn’t great but not terrible.I’ve been taking Bronze Bliss a couple days and noticed some flushing, which seems normal with these. It's not too bad and only lasts about an hour. I haven’t seen a huge change in my skin tone yet, but I’m staying hopeful.Overall, if you’re looking for a way to get a tan without damaging your skin in the sun, Bronze Bliss might be worth a shot. It’s easy to add to your daily routine, and while you might not see immediate results, it could help you keep that summer glow. I’ll update you all after a month with my results!

I use these capsules for 30 days and they do work for me who does not tan ever. It was not dark but if I would have taken another container of them I am convinced it would’ve been darker. It’s a easier way to get a tan.
