I’ve been hearing about microneedling for a while, figured I’d give it a shot—literally.First impression, it’s well-made, feels sturdy, and the needles are just the right length to get the job done without feeling like torture. Used it on some acne scars and rough patches, and after a few weeks, I can actually see a difference. Skin’s smoother, and products absorb better after using it.My partner was a little freaked out at first—"You're rolling needles on your face??"—but now she’s trying to steal it for herself.Pro tip: Make sure to clean it properly after every use. It’s tiny but does serious work.I currently recommend this product. If anything changes I will update my review accordingly.

fantastic tool for dermarolling the scalp. I used to use the traditional roller on my scalp and I always had to be super careful so that I don't accidentally pull out hair. With this tool, it's much easier and faster to do the job. I just part my hair in 5 sections and stamp each section twice. After getting the hang of it, only takes a couple minutes to complete. I like that the length of the needles can be adjusted because I have thicker, curlier hair and the longest length is what works best for me. also easy to clean, just rinse off in the sink with water and I spray 70% alcohol afterwards for disinfection.

I absolutely love this product. It's really helping my hair. Although I haven't experienced any hair growth yet, my hair is definitely falling a lot less. I have been using this since December of 2024 and it's now February of 2025. I also love how the needles are retractable and you can change the size. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs help improving hair or skin health because this derma stamp works for skin rejuvenation on the face too.

Although this is a bit uncomfortable, it definitely serves its purpose. I use a hair growth serum on my head and it absorbs much better after using this.

This item is a 0.25mm dermaroller device. Basically it's a mini roller wheel that is covered with tiny metal needles that pricks the skin when you roll over it. I believe 0.25mm is generally thought of as the beginner size needles. Here's how I use it. I spray the wheel with hydrogen peroxide before I use it. Then I run it under hot water to sterilize the roller. I use an antiseptic on the area that I will be addressing. I roll the device several time up and down, side to side and then diagonal. Once done I run an alcohol pad over the area. I repeat the spraying the roller with hydrogen peroxide and then wash it with hot water. I have a clip that keeps it upright by the handle where I let it dry. Once dry I put it back in the plastic case it came in. The key is keeping everything bacteria free to avoid infection. Dermarolling is an effective way to address numerous skin related issues. You can do some internet research to see the benefits. I think the price point is reasonable and I am please with the product.
