I recently purchased this camera, and I must say that for its price, the quality is quite disappointing. Despite what the product description and images on Bolo suggest, the lens does not zoom in and out. The camera itself can zoom, but the range is extremely limited in both width and length, restricting the frame you can capture significantly.This is not a professional quality camera. If you are looking to take professional-grade photos, I strongly advise against purchasing this model. It might be suitable for a junior high or elementary school student who is just starting to explore photography. Essentially, this camera is more appropriate for a preteen or teenager rather than an adult seeking quality equipment.The purchase experience was quite horrific, and I feel that the positive reviews are misleading. This camera lacks many basic features, such as panoramic and portrait modes, which are standard in most cameras today. In summary, this camera is severely limited in functionality and does not meet the expectations set by its description. If you want a professional camera, look elsewhere.

I had the exact same problem with little to no sound on video replay. I received the original camera and the sound didn’t work…received another with exactly the same issue…
