This product Triple Omega 3-6-9 has no fishy taste or smell or gross aftertaste. It tastes like lemon oil, it is light and very easy to swallow. I take a teaspoon and follow with a few sips of water every day. If you don’t like the taste or texture you can easily mix it in juice but the taste is so mild and pleasant I can take it on it’s own. I like that Nordic Naturals has high potency and high purity products and that they have liquid omega-3s that don’t taste like fish. The liquid is much easier than having to swallow multiple huge pills daily. This product is now and will continue to be part of my daily supplement regimen.I also like that it has added Flaxseed Vitamin E and Borage oils.Also Important to knowOmega 3The most important 2 fatty acids in the Omega 3 family are EPA and DHA as these are in limited supply and only found in any real quantities in oily fish and fish oil supplements.
