Bought this to replace one I had.This one is a better product.One secure connection at foot of bed, heats up nicely, soft cover, can hardly feel wires.Control light unobtrusive--many choices.Used last night for first time--very comfortable.

I had an unusual issue. We have a queen bed. My husband doe not want to warm his side, but I absolutely have to. So, to save money, I bought a twin size, and just laid it on my side of bed. The soft stretchable netting that is provided still was used. I just trimmed off the netting that stretches across the bed, using only two of the fitted corners. It works well, esp. because the actual heating pad doesn’t move anyway. The heat is great. I put it on high an hour before I go to bed and turn it off when I climb in. Life is good!

Having had good luck with the quality of BedSure’s comforters, I decided to give these a try for our double-twin adjustable bed. XL twin mattress warmers are not terribly easy to find, but these are very nice and VERY fast to heat up. Haven’t laundered them, and won’t for a long time as we have them under waterproof mattress covers. I would recommend this brand highly.

No where except in the instructions inside the vacuum packed pad does it say not for use on adjustable beds. Wish it would have stated in description and I would not have to be returning and wasting time and money

I recently got the Bedsure Heated Mattress Pad in Twin XL, and it has transformed my sleep experience! It even warms your blanket so when you climb into bed your sheets are warm and the blanket is warm when you pull it back. Best thing I ever bought. thanks to my sister for telling me about it. Had to get a second one because the first one didn't work right. it was overheating. But the seller had my next order already shipped and no problem with returns or exchange.Great bargain

This isn't our first heated mattress pad, as I discovered heated mattress pads well over 20 years ago. This is our first Bedsure brand.We like that the remote control remembers your personal setting. We were surprised that the memory setting doesn't include duration of time before the remote automatically shuts off. If you want shut off time other than the default 8 hours, you must manually set it each time you use it. We however find this to be just a minor inconvenience, but urge Besure to consider adding that as part of the memory feature.It heats up quickly, which I like and the remote is easy to use. What I found especially nice was it seems to have more "padding" than our previous brands did. I don't feel the heating element and it provides a very cushiony sensation, even though it is under the fitted bedsheet.I would definitely buy another when the future needs arises.
