The headline alone should be enough to express how much joy and fun I had with this game. But I can try to go a bit deeper.For starters, a lot of reviews will talk about nostalgia or the many, MANY, cameos throughout the game. But in my personal experience with owning playstation consoles, I didn't have a large pool represented in the game. I played Sly, Ratchet, Spyro, Crash, Uncharted, and that's really about it. So for most of them, they just came off as "that's neat. (Granted the stuff they did with Uncharted did leave me with the biggest grin on my face).So onto the gameplay itself, it's phenomenal. Astro's conrtols are tight. Levels are well paced and fun to explore. The power ups bring fun variety. The challenges are... challenging. Graphics are incredible. The character designs are adorable. And it's one of the few games I played where I want to replay it immediately after beating it.This game is a must own for every PS5 owner and platforming fan.

I've been hoping and waiting for the release of a new Astro Bot game ever since finishing the Astros Play Room demo. This game DOES NOT disappoint. It offers TONS of levels! The absolutely best thing about this game is that it's easy to play, not too easy where you'll loose interest immediately and not too difficult where you'll spend 40 minutes trying to beat one level. It's the perfect balance of fun, story line, graphics, game play and replay value.Don't think, just buy it asap!

If you liked old school platformers from back in the day, you'll love ASTRO Bot, it has that nostalgic charm of an old school game but with an updated modern design, the level designs are unique and fun with a different feel to each of them.There's different power ups, collectibles and customization options to keep you playing for quite a bit, there's also challenges for the more hardcore gamers, finally the boss fights are really good and different from each other.

A great for all ages type platforming game! It has Astro Bot and other bots that resemble other popular PlayStation game characters. Like Crash Bandicoot, God of War, and others.It is really fun and a joy to play! Each level can sometimes have different power up's, themes, and offers unique experiences.It reminds me somewhat of Mario Galaxy with many levels having unique gameplay powerups and themes.The music is also great and very catchy!The graphics look awesome and some aspects take advantage of the PS5 controller. It is not especially difficult overall, but there are some more challenging and difficult levels the further you go in the game. The characters and animations are really well done. Some of the game aspects are really cute and charming. I highly recommend it if you like Mario Galaxy type games, Ratchet & clank type games, games like the PS5 free pack in game Astro’s Playroom, or other games!10/10 (with 10 being the best) rating from me! It is a great game!

Loved the game from start to finish. Beautiful looking worlds, Fun as HECK! Gameplay with lots of different power ups between worlds. I recommend trying to get all the Puzzles & Bots from each Galaxy. Makes the game a bit longer & funner because it's relatively easy. If you want to get extra bots, chase & run into passing asteroids & those mini levels are HARD AF! They will give you the challenge you're looking for. This game has everything! Some worlds have a secret passage to hidden worlds called the Lost Galaxy. Each Galaxy has about two in two of their planets. Some worlds you would have to do over again to get the missing puzzles and bots that you missed and if you're willing to pay 200 coins and once you restart a level, The little bot bird will help you find the remaining puzzles & bots you missed. The last Boss switches things up BIG TIME from the platforming formula & makes you use all power ups to beat him & turns into a spaceship battle before facing him. This is the Mascot platforming game that PlayStation has needed since Crash Bandicoot. Since Xbox practically owns Crash now, Sony has finally got their mascot with a Mario 64 esq worthy Game in their main catalog now. This game is imaginative, creative, beautiful, fun, challenging when it wants to be, & nostalgic for anybody who has been following PlayStation all the way back from the first console. So many references to other games with bots that look like them and even even a few worlds based on them such as horizon zero Dawn, God of war and uncharted. Making you even use their signature weapons on that level. I can't praise this game enough. It's perfect. Only bad thing I can say that it was not long enough. 20 plus hours & I'm done. I damn near 100 percented the game. I got all the puzzles & only about 20 bots shy of getting all 300. I beat it over the weekend & now I'm just sad that it's now over 😢. Luckily I can always go back and get the remaining bots 😁
