I ordered this product different shade than what I received, when I realized I was getting wrong shade I contacted seller but never received response. Once item arrived I thought I would try it since I already had it, to say I was disappointed it's an understatement. When I applied it I noticed no color whatsoever on my lips, it was like I hadn't applied anything, I tried it again second time thinking maybe I didn't apply enough first time and nothing. Was thinking of ordering the correct shade but once I tried it I won't. Waste of money since I can't get a response from seller for a refund
