The media could not be loaded. Update: I originally was iffy on this purchase bc of the video but it works great. It’s only been a week but for the price really not bad. Thank you skunk labs!Just got my order today and I plugged it in to charge straight away and this is happening. I will update if it stops working.

I almost sent this back because the instructions are not very clear.Yes this was my First time using a Button System. My previous was a Stizy pod there's no buttons.If you tell the Consumer to hold their finger while pressing 5 times it works. But for the most part most of us press and release the button which doesn't work on this unit.I had it plugged in and charging for a good 4 hours and couldn't get it to work because I kept releasing the button after each press.O yeah it works great now that I know how to.......
