This product makes it easy, and of course, you don’t have to stop at ramen dishes to put these veggies to good use—rice, stews, soups…use your imagination. We can all use more vegetables in our diets and this makes it quick, effortless and painless.

I ordered these freeze dried vegetables to put in soups,meatloaf and primarily to make cream cheese vegetable spread. Truth I needed to grind them up a bit to make the cream cheese spread. The tase is very good and it adds flavor to other items too.

The smell and the taste of this blend is very tomato-forward. All of the ingredients are distinct and seem decent quality, but I mostly just got the flavor of tomatoes. If you happen to like tomatoes, this might be just what you're looking for, it just didn't suit my tastes.Aside from the taste, it's exactly what I expected: A pound of dried veggies in a resealable polybag. The 'Best by' date is only a year out from when I ordered it, which is a little low for this type of product, but it's good enough for my use. Seems fine.
