Purchased this pillow coming off a serious bout of neck stiffness. I hydrated, did stretches, strengthening exercises, but nothing corrected my stiffness like this pillow. The first two days the stiffness went away and I felt a different kind of soreness. The kind you get from a good workout. A delightful soreness. Initially I could only use this pillow for a few hours, but I had a good feeling I should trust it. Sure enough after two nights I could use the pillow without restlessness for the entire duration of the night and my neck is better then ever. Writing this after nearly 3 weeks of use and I can say that it’s perfect. The shape is awkward for a pillowcase, but I still use one over the case that’s included. The only thing that could make this better would be a king size variation. I sleep fine with it on my side but if it was larger it would accommodate my size (6”1 male) better and allow me to use the arm flaps. Either way I sleep on my side and use another pillow for my arms and it works out great. Don’t hesitate to purchase this pillow! It has made a tremendous impact on my life.

I hesitated before buying this support pillow because the price was not very high, but decided that it was not a very big investment and I could send it back if I didn't like it. The pillow arrived on the promised date and was easy to unpack. In spite of reviews of this and other vacuum packed pillows reporting it took some time to expand and reach its intended shape, it popped right into shake once the packaging was removed. Some reviews reported chemical smells, but I found none. The pillow was quite firm and I was apprehensive about its comfort during a night's sleep. However, although it was slightly uncomfortable when I first lay down, I had a good night's sleep with no neck or shoulder pain in the morning. I highly recommend this pillow to anyone who sleeps on their back and awakes with neck pain.

Took a day or two to get used to. My neck and shoulders are pretty much trashed and I gave my other pillow. I had to my wife because she was starting to have issues and with me being disabled and not working it was more important that she was getting better sleep than I was so I took her run to the mill regular pillow and use that for a couple weeks and that just was not cutting it so I found this and figured I’d give it a shot and I would definitely say it has improved my sleep! So far I haven’t felt like I have to just get up because I’m in too much pain to lay there anymore with this pillow. While I haven’t had it for long it seems like it’s gonna last and it didn’t take long for it to puff up to its full size. I got it probably about 3 o’clock in the afternoon by the time I went to bed around 10 it was good to go.

I suffer from migraines and I often wake up with a stiff neck in the morning and this pillow is the best pillow ever!! When I first received it I tested it out and ended up falling asleep!! I purchased a second one for my husband when he went to use his later that night he laid on it and says I am not sure how I like this and within two minutes he was sound asleep. Great for the money. Holds shape and completely supports your head. I believe the case is removable and can be washed, however I put a pillowcase on it

I've only had this pillow 2 days and I want another one! Imagine loving a pillow so much you asking family to try it and look at it like its a toy. It is incredibly soft and sturdy. It came rolled up fit in a mailbox but it forms to be a nice size. The shape of where your neck goes if pretty standard for one size fits all. I have a firm bed and also may lay on my floor and in both areas this pillow provided great support and comfort and I slept like a baby! Run don't walk this is amazing product for the price!

I ordered 2 of these in what they said was queen size, they are not. They are regular full size pillows, not big enough for queen bed at all. As to the support I think they would be great if they were made bigger. If you're a small person these would probably work for you. But if you're a larger person they're just isn't enough of a pillow. As far as the cooling effects of this pillow it's wonderful.

I absolutely love this pillow, before I always had the hardest time keeping my head on a pillow at night but with this pillow I’m able to sleep the whole night on it on my back, or my side or my stomach. It’s kept its shape too my husband tends to bend it when he’s watching TV lol it’s worth the money, it’s a good quality and gives support too. I bought a silk pillow case on Bolo that fit it perfectly to protect my hair and skin and to be able to take off and wash it.

This pillow provides great support when I sleep on my back.I don’t wake up with a stiff neck anymore. I am also a side sleeper and it provides great comfort for that position too. It has a place for your arms on each side when in that position.I love the cooling pillow case. It is so comforting and refreshing to put your head down and feel the cooling it provides. . I wish they made a pillow case to accommodate these features.All-in-all, this is a great pillow for comfort and support at a great price!!
Not so great for the price
For the price point I expected a better quality product and I'm very surprised by all the 5 star reviews. It comes rolled up and is somewhat small and flimsy. It's kinda misshapen and the material wrinkly on the underside from being tightly rolled up. It is not a true memory foam pillow, it is too soft and doesn't spring back to shape, and doesn't offer me the neck support I need. It definately has a chemical smell to it, it's not too strong but the product specifications say there is no smell, which isn't correct. Also it came with a stain on it, like as though it had masking tape on it, that was pulled off and left a sticky residue and a stain. I absolutely loathe the ear hole in the middle of the pillow, its uncomfortable and I just dont see the point of that at all. Unfortunately I find this to be a low quality pillow made from cheap materials that should be set at a much lower price point. Very disappointed.
