If you are looking for a quick and easy side dish to go with your dinner celebrations this is ready in 35 minutes if you use one package of potatoes. If you want a larger meal then you can cook both packages of potatoes. It really is as easy as boiling water, and adding the water, milk and butter to the dehydrated potatoes. These potatoes come out of the oven completely rehydrated and with a creamy sauce. One package is enough for 3-4 people if you have other side dishes. I made this along with green bean casserole, some biscuits and ham with a pineapple sauce.~The Rebecca Review
