    Like title says the arms do not cover the roll insert like the stock pic shows. Did not notice until I had it install and a roll inserted. I'm using a "2 2-ply" roll. It's not huge. Maybe stock pic is using an extra small roll.I'll see if I can live with the look. I am leaning towards a return though.

    Personally, I did not need to use the screws and was able to just stick it onto the lower part of the cabinet. It is very secure and no worries about it falling off. I needed the counter space desperately and now I have a more space!
