I am always on the lookout for books that will assist new managers and leadership team members become the best leader they can be. And it never hurts to have a refresher for seasoned managers as well!This book delivers - excellent guide, in a great format. Information isn’t just good, but is written in a way that makes it easy to apply in real life. I love the “wrapping up” sections at the end of each chapter, and the “Case study” at the end of each chapter as well. Real life scenarios help cement the knowledge.Highly recommend!

What I learned from this book is that anybody can hold a title, and that does not make you a true or a great leader. Working with people on different levels and really diverse backgrounds takes great communication.skills. There are practical and simple ways to enhance leadership skills to get desired outcomes and more employee productivity. I think as leaders, we have to remember to take ourselves to the next level so that we can elevate our team. I found the book useful.

How to live with my fellow workers, how to make them respect you, how to cope with working environment, self respect, creating rules that will be friendly to anyone.I highly recommend this book to anyone seeking for leadership skills
