It takes a lot to impress me, but I have to say that this AC unit is a work-horse ! I have another 10K BTU window AC and this one gets colder and the fan blows much harder. I will probably buy another one of these units to replace the other one I have. One thing to watch out for is that the remote is very small s you might not see it mixed in with the paper work. So far it looks like an excellent product and well worth the money.

Super powerful little unit! I have a smaller house but it cools my living room and kitchen both. I LOVE the fact that you can set timers and change settings all from your phone!!! I run it on eco 72 while I'm at work all day, and have a timer that kicks it to cool 67 at 4pm everyday, so when I get home it's already nice and cool. I can tell me power bill has already went down just from having this unit and using all the features!

1st one delivered damaged. Replaced promptly with a new unit.Bought for a small rental apartment. Seems like it's working well. Like the dry mode that acts like a dehumidifier.

This is a good little unit, nothing outstanding but also nothing really wrong with it. It's louder than our whisper quiet one in another room. This was reasonably easy to install in our older windows once we found some wood to balance under the front side of it. Otherwise it would have rocked back and forth on the sill and been difficult to secure. We're glad to have it this year as it's been extra hot, for way too long.The remote is a nice touch too.

The media could not be loaded. Packaged great, no damage to box. Easy install and set up. Until I turned on, set it, let it run for 3 hours and returned to check on it, and room temp was 4 degrees higher! Listened to it for 20 minutes and realized it never made the typical “cycling” sound, let alone typical AC sounds (I’ve had dozens of AC’s over the years!) Never changed air temp as it blew air (blew out less than cool air which never got cooler). Turned it off- made the hissing sound as you can hear in the video for a solid 3 minutes! Now I have to deal with having someone help me (again) rebox and return as it’s too heavy for me to manage. I researched AC’s for a few days and settled on this. I did the company’s Tech chat support, and before I got to an actual Tech, they wanted my credit card info for $5 to chat with a “live Tech person” - that was the end for me- what a complete inconvenience; it’s being returned.

I think I could have given a 5 star rating except for the fact that the AC did not have an installation kit as promised. The AC works very well and love the easy touch controls. Nice and cool if a bit loud.
