Ok bought this to replace my bed, bath, and beyond device. It’s ok but I wish the display stayed on without me needing to get soap. I want to know the time when I’m getting dressed in the bathroom, not just everytime I wash my hands. It’s also difficult to get the soap ratio right but it’s smooth once you figure it out. However, as an after thought, I prefer my soap not to be watered down before I wash my hands. Thus, 3.5 out of 5.*Update*Customer service reached out after the review and addressed the issues. I would definitely recommend this company again and look for their products!

I actually give it a BIG FAT ZERO! Purchased & it didn’t work properly. It dispensed soap without being activated. Company replaced it with another & right from the get go it wasn’t working properly either.The + & - buttons were miss aligned so it was very difficult to set up. Then it started doing the same thing the first one did, dispensing soap w/o being activated. Finally it completely stopped working a couple of days ago & I haven’t even had it a month.

Me podrían ayudar por favor? Me llegó el día de ayer el dispensador y desde que lo puse a cargar a las 3 de la tarde del día de ayer, muestra titilando en color rojo la imagen de carga pero no se pone verde de totalmente cargado. Duró conectado un poco más de 5 horas como decía en las instrucciones de tiempo de carga y estuvo titilando en rojo todo el tiempo. Lo desconecté porque ya era demasiado tiempo. Nunca se pone en Color verde cuando está completamente cargado como los otros electrodomésticos? En las instrucciones dice que se pone verde cuando está totalmente cargado. Finalmente reclamé a Bolo y me hicieron la.devolución del dinero.

This product is a good idea with poor execution. It is hard to program, has a thermometer that reads 10-15 degrees low, and the pump stopped working six weeks after I bought it, so I’m beyond the 30 day return, Now it’s a landfill item. Stick with a manual pump with less to break.UPDATE: Moving from 1 to 3 stars. The vendor contacted me and offered me a new unit, which they did not have to do. I'm impressed. The new one still has a thermometer that reads 10 degrees low, but the pump itself is working great so far. If it continues to do so, I'll revise my review again.
