I use this on my back and chest and have noticed an improvement with my back, however I used it on my chest as well and overtime I developed a rash on my chest. My back is still tolerating it fine but I would definitely be careful.** I would only spray this 3x a week. **

doesnt dry, and does not seem safe to inhale. Obviously not trying to inhale, but with aerosol sprays it’s pretty much inevitable. Whenever i spray it I have a coughing fit
